I’m upset at myself for wasting time at this place. Service was very bad. No respect for customers. He was treating this girl who came in like a princess but nothing for the guys. The burger was very dry. Chicken piece was small. Taste was meh. Buns were stale and overcooked. This is not gourmet at all. I would never go back here again.
The last time I visited this place was when they were newly opened. The food was awesome and the owners were personally taking care of customers. From that awesome experience, I ensured a trip to the shop is part of the itinerary today. Unfortunately the experience was very different this time. We were served old buns that were breaking just upon touching them and eating burgers was a battle. The fries were literally crumbs and seemed to be coming from the very bottom of the potato bags that they were not willing to just throw away. Upon complaining they agreed to remake and it was obvious they made a conscious decision to servie us those crumbs. I have attached photos of the old and new for reference. On the topic of old buns used for burgers, they literally pulled a new unopened bag out of stock and said those were used. I hope this was an isolated incident and not a theme but I am not sure if I will drive this far again to this place.

I gave them multiple chances but since the previous owners sold this place it has gone way downhill. The burgers are nearly flavorless. The fries are great. The staff seemed very confused and was unable to make change without handing me $4 in quarters. I tried to pay with my card instead and they were baffled on how to change it. They got my order wrong on top of all of that.
We take pride in ordering from small businesses but this place won't be getting any more of our money after 4 years of our patronage.
2 stars instead of 1 because the fries were good. I couldn't finish the burger.
One of the best halal places I have been to.
Prices are very decent compared to everyone else and it being a zabiha halal place, customer service is excellent and finally the food was 9.7/10

Was excited to try this place out. Not sure why this place has 4.4 stars. My burger didn’t even look like the ones in the photo. Nothing gourmet about it. Just an average burger with a dry bun. Patty was small. Fries were basic and over salted. Won’t be back.
Ordered the mushroom and jalapeño burger. Both were really good and juicy. They were fresh and delicious. Would recommend going here

Hands down one of my favorite places to visit in Downtown Santa Ana! The food is prepared fresh, the drinks are tasty and the staff is always helpful. I recommend visiting for happy hour and be prepared to carry some change for the parking meters.
