Can't speak to the service or atmosphere, but my sister ordered us burgers and chicken tenders from here after my wife had a baby, and I thought the food was delicious. I had the bacon egg and cheeseburger with double pattie and my wife had the Texas burger with double pattie. Both were great. The chicken tenders were good. The fries were average fries, but I was there for the beef so I won't ding for that 😁
Keep on driving. This place probably has a few months left at best. Filthy the moment you walk in and I don't wanna know what's behind the plexiglass wall you order your food from. I'm disappointed that our health inspection people haven't shut this place down yet. And look at all those fake reviews. Ypsi deserves better.
I don’t usually do this, but I feel this is very necessary. When I walked in initially there was only one single patron waiting for his order. There was no one at the service window when I approached. The one employee who was there looked directly at me and immediately continued packing up the order he was fulfilling. There was no greeting, nor was there any acknowledgment that I even existed. Normally, I could get over that. But what really ruined the experience for me was the smoothie and the bun not being toasted. The smoothie was made from some premix, and it was absolutely disgusting. The bun was not toasted as I expected it to be. So to some this up, I will not be returning ever. Oh, I almost forgot, the meal was entirely overpriced for the lack of quality and effort used to make the meal. It's just under $20.
The food is TERRIBLE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered a 6pc hot wing and cheese fries and the wings were not cooked fully and the sauce that was supposed to be on them was on the entire bag instead of on the wings!! The cheese fries looked okay but overall I am not satisfied. Although I got more wings that I asked for, I ended up throwing away the wings without eating them because they looked digusting and very undercooked & thrown together!! This will be my last time ordering from here! DEFINITELY A WASTE OF MONEY
After loving Got Burger for many years, I ordered delivery through Grubhub. I paid $5 for Mozzarella sticks and got 3 mozzarella sticks. Don’t insult me.
This store is dirty and not that good.! The don’t got any air so it’s always uncomfortable The servers are very rude and never get done on time. They sit in the back playing while the others are ordering and playing back and forth. Terrible food establishment
OMG! This has got to be the single BEST burger I have ever eaten! I ordered the double the first time, then on my second visit, ordered the single. The seasoned fries are great! The service was fast, friendly, and on-spot. I have since made this my go-to place to eat burgers.
