I’m so glad we decided to take this trail!! The hike up was beautiful and quiet but the view once you get to the top was unbelievable!
Fantastic trail, hiking over rocky terrain is super fun! Lots of hiking in the woods too, and gives great views! You can also hike up the backside of Beehive from this trail if you aren't up for the conventional way. Highly recommend it!
Beautiful moderate hike and well maintained trail. It ended up raining during our hike and the fog came rolling in but we got to the top just in time to see the views! Highly recommend.
Amazing trail. It’s a moderate trail. There is slight elevation. You will enjoy the walk in the woods. There is a $35 entry fee for cars. It’s a small trail and you should be able to complete it in 1-2hrs. This trail is part of the loop (Sand Beach, Beehive trail, the bowl, cadillac cliffs trail).Parking should not be an issue, there is ample space. They have around 3 different parking spots, so you can pick one based on the hike you plan to do. There is parking at the entrance at of this trail.
We did the Gorham Mountain Trail with a short detour to the Cliffs. All in all a pretty moderate hike, especially if you don't take the long way like we did. There is a false summit, though I liked the view better there! After we went back down, we had some lunch on the ocean rocks and just enjoyed the view of the harbor.
Definitely one of the most fun trails I have been on. This trail isn’t easy but it’s definitely manageable. We took a few breaks when needed and made it up within 30 minutes. There were a few other peoples there who had their children with them and they made it up just fine. There are lots of different rock formations and tunnels on the way to explore! Highly recommend giving this trail a go if you are in the mood for hiking!
This trail takes you to the top of the Gorham Mountain and the view from there is breathtaking. The trail is not easy but can be done in under 2 hours. Mostly rocks and uneven stones. Great trail!
WOW, we did not expect such a fantastic view! the hike itself wasn’t too long or strenuous, although the constant coating of ice made for some interesting challenges. highly recommend, especially in the off season when the summit is completely silent, minus the ocean in the distance.

We LOVED this place! Things you need to know: - You need to look up the high/low tide times - If you start crossing before the bridge is clear, you will have wet shoes. Fix: bring water shoes. Bare feet are not recommended (sharp rocks and shell bits

Very homey and comfortable with a great breakfast. Stayed three nights and had a different breakfast each day. They have a hot water machine in the dining room and a comfortable living room to hang out in. Parking was large enough for a large jeep.
