Gorge Metro Park - City park in Cuyahoga Falls - 1160 Front St, USA

Well maintained trail to several gorge-ous (see what I did there?) overlooks and scenic spots. Short distance to the falls if you want a quick jaunt or longer trails if you’re up to it. Spots for a game (soccer or football), picnic tables and pavilions and lots of trash cans (so you don’t have to carry your dog poo around!)

BEWARE: part of the gorge trail is closed due to raw sewage. I wish we had known this before driving nearly an hour there. While walking along the trail we wondered why it smelled like a sewer. We saw a lot of pipes and covers along the trail and assumed they must be sewer lines. We took the gorge trail along the river then back up the upper part of the trail and saw the trail closed sign with black sewage all down the hillside. Mystery solved. The ledges on the “difficult” part of the trail was cool. It’s really not difficult. The trail is just less defined and a little rugged due to the hill, rocks, and tree roots. Out of all gorge/ledge trails in the region, this was our least favorite. Heads up: they will be closing the park in 2024 to take down the dam

great place to go for a hike. plenty of trails. not to hard and plenty to see. usually not crowded and is always a nice way to get out of the city scape

Cool park/hiking area! Cool spots to see/visit! Me and my friends and I enjoyed it! There are lots of stairs and many places to climb and jump, make sure you are in good physical shape before going here!

This trail is a gift that keeps on giving. It has a mix of terrain and different places to visit. They have a small cave, the gorge dam, and a fantastic view almost the whole way on the trail

Disappointed some of trails closed but great views and solid trails. Had a beautiful walk!

Great park. You need to be able to handle stairs, though. Nice at twilight. The path is not very long but stairs make up for the lack of length.
