Gophermods is great!!! They took the time to diagnose an issue on my Galaxy phone, and also repaired my wife's iPhone screen quickly and at a great price. They are super friendly and welcoming. Whenever I asked questions, they were very patient and upfront. Having a damaged phone sucks, but they made the repair process a great experience. I'm definitely going here in the future for any phone issues; don't waste your time going anywhere else!
I've used Gophermods three times for various cell phone/tablet repairs. Everytime they have been simply awesome. Today I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro thinking it needed a $145 repair to replace the charging port. Dylan was working, took a look at and brought it in back. Less than 2 minutes later he was handing my now working cell phone back to me. The charging port had a build up of dirt and dust and he cleaned it out. Working perfectly now. Best of all he did not charge me anything. I will continue to use and strongly recommend Gophermods for repairs.
I have two iPod Classics that were both in need of battery replacements. Apple certainly wouldn't repair them as they are considered "obsolete" technology. I took a chance, and brought the first unit to the Apple Valley location and not only did they replace the battery but the removed the faulty hard drive and installed memory cards in its place. I recently brought the second one in and it was like new within 2 days! Highly recommended, especially their care for some "obsolete" technology.
I had a great experience at Gophermods in Eagan, after having extremely poor interactions with Best Buy and Apple service and employees. Said was especially helpful as I brought my computer in for repair, and Emma called me within 2 hours of drop-off letting me know that she fixed it earlier than expected. I highly recommend this repair shop!
I had an issue with my iPhone mini 13. I stopped in and they diagnosed and had it fixed in about 4 minutes flat. Didn’t want anything but a good review for their time , knowledge and effort. It doesn’t get much better than that! I ran a small business for many years. They took a page from my playbook. Goodwill is worth more than a couple of bucks any day. Thanks Gopher Mods for your help and excellent support. I had purchased our phones refurbished from your company at the now closed Apple Valley location. I’ll be back.
Update...Been in to Gophermods two more times since my last review. These guys are still awesome! Owen helped us with a new screen protector...Lifetime warranty! Repairs or accessories...Gophermods is the only place to go. They are the Best! Mike was so helpful with my phone needs. If you need anything for your phone, please see Gophermods. They are excellent, friendly and very reasonably priced. There is another phone repair place in Eagan off Cliff Road that was extremely overpriced and not very friendly. Use these guys instead!
Today was my second experience here. The first time was a great experience even though I was informed I might need a new phone. The diagnosis was only $19 and was done in very short time before they closed. I came in today with my new phone and for the second time Dylan blew me out of the water with the customer service and installed a screen protector and some protective casing for my iPhone. These guys are awesome and for sure my go to business for all my phone accessories or problems. The staff definitely deserves a raise as I have been watching their interactions and it’s 6/5 stars.
This is not a big corporation that is going to transfer your calls overseas. This is a local company with Real People who care about the work they do. I'm NEVER going back to Best Buy when Gophermods is an option.
Fusion has been a wonderful place for my son. He has learned so much and his skills have grown incredibly. The instructors are amazing and such great role models for younger kids to look up to
