I enjoy thrifting at this location today's finds consisted of brand new candles, brand new cute Halloween pillow and some super cute Christmas sweaters! Just like a lot of thrift stores it all depends on the day and what they have. This store is clean, well organized with nice employees!!

Used to love this store and recommend to friends. I'm done with this location. So much stuff packed in at EXORBITANT prices. $10 for a t-shirt! Come on! Stuff from the dollor store is priced at 2 bucks. It's even dangerous in the random stuff wall in housewares. Literally caught stuff dropping from the shelf headed toward my feet! I think they've forgotten part of the mission is to be an alternative to high prices for struggling families. Try Crystal Lake, items are well organized and prices are still reasonable.

Many items overpriced. Do your research and never assume just because it's at goodwill it's a deal. Considering this business doesn't pay anything for it's inventory, it seems kinda scammy at time.

Nothing great, nothing horrible about this location. They have a really unique phone feature where you can call in, be connected to the phone tree, then press #3 to request to be told what the goodwill website is! Super useful allocation of resources. I don't know why more iconic American corporate operations aren't offering verbal recitation of their website addresses via telephone. There's no way I'd have made it online otherwise! I think this store is starting to get a little over board with their prices, they want to sell a used slightly damaged with stains Starter 1998 cubs shirt for $25. I showed the manager what they’re going for in better condition which is roughly $12-$15 online/ eBay, she says Good Will can sell them online for “ HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS” these are the words that came out of the managers mouth. You need to tell me that people are basically giving you this stuff for free for you guys to sell at a very very low price to customers and you rip them off? Wow. What a shame

Clean and well maintained, everything is organized by item, then size, and then color. Like any thrift store, sometimes junky items slip in, but great stuff for the most part. Where else can you quickly find a $10 leather jacket in mint condition, a brand new $58 Talbot's wool vest for $5, and a brand new $120 Coldwater Creek dress for $15? Except for trying to buy a Christmas sweater for an ugly sweater party (when they jacked up prices to $20-25 for well-worn sweaters - I bet they have a lot left over now!), you can find great deals on really nice merchandise. Generally, blouses are under $4 and jeans are under $5. Easier to see if they have what you want than garage sales or other thrift stores and much less than retail. Plus the money goes for a great cause! Win-win! Update October 2023 The store has changed so much since my last review. They no longer carry furniture and have increased their prices dramatically. They no longer even have plastic or paper bags for your purchases unless you buy their bags. And no returns. This goodwill has stopped thinking about their customer experience in favor of the dollar. IMHO, that is a losing strategy. They would sell more at lower prices and encourage repeat patronage by returning to that customer focus. I used to brag to my thrifty friends about this place, so much so that we would take a field trip there when they came to town. No more. I can’t recommend it anymore. It’s a shame.

I always take reviews with a grain of salt but all the reviews have valid points. I wanted a new fall purse but the cheapest bag was $7. Most were $15-40 for a **used** donation. I ended up getting some sports shirts for good value but beyond that, their prices are too high for a thrift shop. The store was very clean though and staff was friendly but I just can't believe the price gouging.

Christy and me went to Goodwill cause she wanted to get some clothes you have to give that girl credit she is a bargain shopper I wish I had more money to get her some really nice clothes she deserves it. Christy and me were talking about how we should open a chain if Goodwill wasn’t interested in bringing Goodwill thrift stores to other countries and if they didn’t want to well we were going to open a new chain Blessing for All Inc cause countries like Mexico, India, Africa , the Middle East all around the world could benefit from jobs and businesses like Goodwill in their own countries would be a good investment for the cartels and families to start investing in their countries so the world can see the families as good hard working individuals who need help bringing their products to market just like the pharmaceutical companies
