Goodwill Spring Hill Superstore - Thrift store in Spring Hill - 4750 Commercial Way, USA

As with all goodwill their prices are more than u can purchase new. They have online stores and are selling on ebay. They're taking all the good stuff n selling online. What a waist of time anymore. I'll go to Marshall's and buy new clothes for these prices.

Came in 11/14 at 2pm Only one cashier. 3 employees ignored the very long line. After 10 mins and 40 people in line someone called all cashier's to the front. One cashier came. Hire more people. You can afford it. Everything is profit

Don’t give goodwill you’re business. A older female worker talked very rudely to us all because we weren’t standing in the correct line. We were next regardless and no other customers were there at the time she was taking long checking out one customer she waited until another customer showed up to tell us in a rude tone. Put down the items and left not giving a place like this business for a worker to talk rudely to you and she purposely waited until another customer showed up to say it.

Place is always clean and lots to chose from. I am a little surprised at how much they raised their prices after the new year. Some of the shirts you can find at walmart cheaper and they aren't used! Staff is awesome tho and always helpful.

I always find great selection and very decent prices at Goodwill for women's clothes. The pricing throughout the rest of the store can be inconsistent and too high or reasonable. There is free off-street parking. They accept cash and major credit cards for payments.

I used to find decent clothes ( to help out unfortunate folks )there eventhough they are used , simply also because the prices are truly affordable , of course these are donated used clothings. After the pandemic, everything changes , more so with the excuse of ‘inflation’ their prices are raised at least two to three dollars more for a worn tee shirt or worn blouse which was hung in there for a few years! Come on GoodWill. You’re supposed to help the less fortunate! & we are helping you.

I want to congratulate this Goodwill for doing something so simple, and yet so rarely done in the other goodwill stores. I bought some records there, and instead of huge price labels stuck on the album jackets, they had a handy piece of paper at the register with different price labels on it, appropriately marked. The employee scanned the 'albums' price label and entered the number of albums I had. Done!! They get the ease and quickness of the scanner price label, and I get my purchases in a NOT RUINED condition. I have noticed in recent years (with horror) these price labels being attached to albums, book covers and other items that will be damaged if the purchaser tries to remove them later. I once called out a goodwill store manager over some 45 rpm records that had these price stickers plastered onto the record labels. I told the manager if you can remove the stickers without damaging the record label, I'll buy them. They couldn't. I left empty handed. I've lost count of the times I've told Goodwill employees that sticky and paper don't mix well. Kudos to this store! They have (1) saved money, 'cause those labels aren't free (2) saved time and effort, as they don't have to waste time labeling every bit of media on sale, AND (3) helped their customers to be happy with their purchase, instead of annoyed. I challenge the management of this store to share my review with their bosses! And their bosses with their bosses, and so forth and on up the ladder! Let's get this simple, but oh-so-smart method in practice at EVERY goodwill store in the country!!!

Prices are out of control and customer service is non-existent. The line is always to the back of the store & slow moving while staff stands around. They also can’t seem to set up a queue, so the line ALWAYS blocks the tshirts. They are impossible to look at unless you stand on the check out line. Last two times we walked out in frustration.
