Good Ol' Days Family Resort - Resort hotel in Nisswa - 26050 Oak Ln, USA

Absolutely loved this spot! They had wagons to make bringing everything to the cabin super easy. The cabin had everything you needed, and pleasantly surprised me with really nice knives for cooking! The continental breakfast was really good for our lazy mornings, and all the people we encountered were so sweet. Clearly this is a special spot for a lot of people. A big thank you to the staff who obviously care about this spot!

Was coming in late for check in. Clerk waited for us to get there. Roms were spacious and clean, clean clean! Shower was biggest I've ever seen. Would stay here again.

We had a peaceful 2 days. The room was clean enough for us. Everything was as expected. Price was reasonable. I would stay here again. We ventured in to Nisswa for pizza and a stop at Chocolate Ox. also ran to Habitat for Humanity Restore. |

I have looked for a good resort for kids for a while and this is it. Shallow water, huge dock, good fishing for kids, water activities, and it’s clean! Every morning I see people mowing, cleaning, setting up. It’s nice to walk out of your cabin to a clean area. It’s just so relaxing. There’s a little playground for the kids….I wish that was a little better just because my kids were on it all the time but that’s me just trying really hard to find something I didn’t like. Close to the state trail which you can take a 20 minute walk and be in downtown Nisswa to eat food or ice cream. So lovely and relaxing. Will be coming back for more :D

Perfect location on Paul Bunyon Trail for biking or a walk into town. Classic Northwoods setting with tall white pines and picnic tables with lots of lush green grass. Nice rooms with great fully tiled shower, generously sized room with view of lake.

Positive: price most of all. 2 beds, grounds were quite nice. close to town. breakfast was adequate. quiet on the days we stayed.

Positive: So friendly and really nice resort. Love all the choices to do there. Highly recommend to stay at this beautiful resort. Negative: No everything was what I was expecting and more.

Positive: Very clean, helpful staff, property well maintained.Would recommend it. Negative: It might be nice to have a hot food option for breakfast. Some of the local restaurants had limited their hours recently due to the lack of staff, many had gone back to college.
