This is a rappelling hike. There is no way through the slot canyon without rappelling. If you don't or don't have someone in your group that knows what they are doing, then don't do it. You rappel down this (see pic). It took our group about 4 hours

Loved the place!! Highly recommended to vegetarians they do customize if necessary. Also their special lunch menu is amazing. They include soup in the lunch menu. Overall I'm happy with the place,service and taste.
