Still only two benches for chest press. Sauna not hot , door is not level and all cold air get in. The Sauna on the other gold's gym gym is a lot hotter. Not busy most of the time. Good gym for a good workout. Employees are always cleaning and making sure everything is organized. Never an issue with parking.

Weight lifting equipment I guess is decent, but the treadmills are a joke. I weigh 230 lb and I was running 8 mph for a mile then it broke. five treadmills later I finally found a treadmill that was able to actually go up in speed but took forever to build up speed. I usually do a two mile run, cool down, and do a 12 mile an hour run for a minute. I can't do that type of endurance training on these treadmills. I'm going to go back to anytime fitness since they're treadmill equipment is a lot better.

I can’t complain about this gym. It is clean and machines are well taken care of. Over all I love it. However, they only allow one person at a time in the sauna, and when I go to the front desk to ask for the keys there is no one there. Today I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to show up to give me the key. This is not the first time something like this happens, and I understand they are busy, but to leave the front desk unattended for that long when the sauna is locked is very inconvenient.

I came here from overseas expecting quality because of this being the best rated Gym in the area. There is a lot of equipment, but most cable machines are tired and inconsistent. Many machines felt worn out. I am disappointed that my gym did not have towels, weight clips, juice/protein bar, or a sauna. Parking is good. Place is clean. Saving grace here is that the employees were all personable. Never had an issue there.

I’ve been a member at this location for almost 2 years and i rarely miss payments. I recently misplaced my debit card and was not able to change my information causing my payment to be late by not even one full day. After my workout i asked the nice lady up front to change my information and she was kind enough to do so. However she informed me of a late fee in addition to my monthly due, which i understand. She also stated that the late fee applies the next day or even the same day. However, being a former employee of a gym, our late fees wouldn’t take effect until at least a week later. Mind you we used the same software AND we’d at least waive it (because life happens sometimes you know?) unless payments weren’t made for months or it’s a consistent issue. Not great for member retention! $20 late fee (~$60 total) “same day” is ridiculous..

I started golds in February i believe and i was extremely nervous because this was my first time learning to gym alone, without depending on someone. I was nervous i wasn’t going to make friendships or have people to talk too. But, as time went on, everyday i was greeted at the front desk by 2 amazing people ! Mike & Crystal ! They always light up every time someone walks in & makes sure to greet them. They have made my gym experience better x10. Having people like this at the front desk is amazing for people like me who are naturally super nervous & want that little push. Every time i need something, they are always super kind & always super helpful. The gym itself is always super clean and kept really nice. I love golds & the community it brings together. It’s big enough & there’s a ton of equipment to enjoy, BUT nothing beats the faces you walk into ! The people are most important to me because that’s the first thing you see walking in. Love this place !

All you need to working out is there, nothing less. I've trained in several gyms in 3 continents, this one cleanest so far. I don't think people waiting for machines is completely gym's fault, some people just act inconsiderate and keep equipment busy and play with their phone, like it is their personal equipment. Edit: The gym is beginning to disappoint me, constantly missing some crucial part, or damaged parts are not replaced

The gym itself is clean, spacious and has plenty machines to use. Some are broken and have been for a while (elliptical that broke on 8/15 for example). But that can happen and sometimes replacement parts are hard to find or just take some time to ship. What bothers me is the staff up front. I’m the late afternoons. Nobody says hi, they are only on their phones. I work in customer service myself and have worked at a gym for several years in my early twenties and that would be a reason for me to get in a lot of trouble. They seem like they don’t want to be there at all and gym members bother them. That’s why I took the one star away. Other than that it has been great coming here
