Been coming here for the past 6 months, awesome gym. It's always super clean (and the cleaning staff is extremely kind!). The front desk staff is awesome, supportive, friendly, and always willing to suggest supplements or anything else. There are plenty of machines to choose from, and it's always a great temperature inside! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a gym!

This is a decent gym, unfortunately the cancellation process is not very clean cut. I came in back in August to cancel my membership and the worker told me “it was cancelled”. 4 months later I’m still being charged. Fortunately the gentleman today was able to show me how to PROPERLY and actually cancel my membership through an app I had to download, go through a series of emails and replies, and it finally got cancelled. I’m not sure why the gym itself can’t just cancel it but I didn’t appreciate the false cancellation and being charged over another $120+ for membership and the yearly fee I should’ve missed when I originally asked to cancel. I won’t use another Golds gym unfortunately because of this corporate issue.

Great gym with great people. Have been a member for almost a month now, and love this gym! I used to go to o2 and the fact that this gym is open and accessible 24/7 just makes room for zero excuses! Join now, you won't regret it!

The cleanest facility. Everyone at the frontdesk is helpful and nice including the owner. So many machines you can use for any muscle group and last but not least the treadmills in this place are next level. Recommend for anyone in the area.

Good new additions to the gym. Very needed because it was getting crowded and still is busy most hours. LED lights are a bit much and the music is always about two to three notches too high (can still hear it with noise cancellation) and is a throw back to about a dozen years ago, but the employees are really nice.

Staff is fantastic and enthusiastic creating an I can do attitude. Loads of equipment all maintained and a safe environment. I had the pleasure to meet Amanda and discussed my goals as a 67 year old and was left with a ton of fitness and nutrition knowledge. What a great gym with a great staff.

Returning to Gold’s has been the best choice I’ve made to prioritize my health and well-being! When I initially joined in Fall 2022 and sought guidance from the management on using different machines, their responses left me feeling disheartened. I was informed that the machines were designed for taller individuals, despite being a 5’7” female. As a result, I grew increasingly dissatisfied with the workout environment, where it seemed that management lacked interest in the members. This led me to temporarily freeze my account. However, I am immensely grateful to Kelly for reaching out, checking in, and suggesting that I revisit the gym due to the changes in management. During my subsequent visit, I was pleasantly surprised to witness a remarkable transformation in the team dynamic, which had improved by leaps and bounds! On my first day, I was impressed to discover that Hakim was the manager. Not only did he provide support to his staff, but he also humbly picked up trash to enhance our experience as members. Now, I eagerly anticipate encountering Hakim, Kat, Maddie, Emanual, and Trisha each day when I walk into the gym. The camaraderie among the team is unparalleled and serves as a source of inspiration for me to push myself harder. I must mention that the staff not only work diligently during workouts but also display remarkable humility regarding their own fitness achievements. I encourage everyone to take some time to get to know them!

There is a good selection of equipment, plenty of machines and overall a great layout. The negative is this gym is not very clean. I understand many people use this gym in one day but my hands should not be covered in grime at the end of a workout. The dumbbells usually smell like microwaved veggies which is common place when human fecal matter is present. I haven't once seen equipment actually disinfected but rather wiped with a dry, dirty rag.
