The facility is well set up with an always warm indoor pool and plenty of seating and changing rooms and bathrooms. The front desk staff is very helpful and informative as are the instructors. The only issue is the lack of continuity amongst the instructors between classes, overall worth the price.

My daughter has been attending for about a month and she absolutely loves it! She is always excited for her class and each week I see improvement. When I first checked it out everyone was nice and welcoming and I had a great tour. I loved the decor and atmosphere. Her instructor is Allison and she has been wonderful. We have also had 2 other instructors and they were great as well. I would definitely recommend.

My children started at Goldfish a few months ago with a big fear of water. The instructors are so patient and caring with them. I’ve had to makeup a few classes but no matter what instructors we get they are equally patient, caring and consistent. I enjoy taking my children to Goldfish and in the short time they’ve been there they’ve progressed tremendously. Best part is they get to have fun while learning to swim!

I wish this place was never recommended to me. Forget it if your child has any neurodivergence or any special needs. Waste of time. I did give them about 8 months, so it’s not about people progressing at different paces. They forgot to put Autism in my child’s file, and her needs weren’t communicated to the instructors for many months. They also failed on basic safety instructions. My child is advanced in many areas and participates in multiple other sports, where she’s been very successful. After 8 months, my child couldn’t swim without a flotation device. I would say it’s not about her progression rate, but rather the management, communication and quality of instruction. I spoke with other parents as well as other swim schools that said this program has some issues. I still need to restart my daughter in lessons through a new program, but unfortunately we wasted time and money.

Our family recently moved to winter park from chicago and re-enrolled our 2 year old in swim lessons. The first two weeks of him crashing in the car otw to an 11 am class and not waking up, I asked for an earlier time on slot, they did not have anything available… so I asked to cancel or suspend the membership until an earlier time slot becomes available on Sunday mornings. I was advised at the front desk that they require a 30 notice and I would be on the hook for not only the current month but the following month… and we haven’t take one class.

Great Place! My son just loves going to his place to swim. He use to be afraid of water. Now, after a couple of months he's swimming like a fish. Teachers are really nice and the place is super clean. You get an update every time your child goes swimming. We take our son on Sundays.

Tried out their open swim options. Kiddos had a lot of fun! Facility was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly!! We will be back for sure. Perfect for brief swim outings for families!!

I love Goldfish Swim School. The instructors are really nice, the water is warm for the kids, the facility is clean. No complaints
