Goldfingers - Chicken wings restaurant in Dothan - 3656 Montgomery Hwy, USA

Burnt fries, burnt patty. Was told they had good burgers. Definitely a lie. I didn’t get what I ordered. The young girl who took my order was to worried about getting off her shift and on her telephone at the window. I asked for only onion, I Got lettuce 🤔. Called to tell them my order was wrong and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because I wasn’t nearby. I live 25 mins away, I should’ve double checked but I’ve never had problems here. Definitely won’t be back for a while since I couldn’t even get fresh fries,,, & I got such a small amount of fries at that. Do better.

Didn’t feel like I spent a lot at all. For the same price as two as McDonalds got the food hot, everything was fresh, and restaurant was clean. Only drawback is the soda machine was on the fritz, let a staff member know and they just said ok, so settled for tea. However food was great, and better than Zaby’s

Food was great and fresh. It had to have been just made…it was hot had to let it cool a little. And the service was super fast. Was perfect for my lunch break!

Updated review. The assistant manager is really rude and walked away as i was asking a question. These locations need costumer service help and improvement. Now back to the original review from a while back ago.Food is always fresh and hot but little plastic small cups of special sauce is 25 cents each. And they aren't even filled up all the way to the top:( and their special sauce is the best sauce in the world. I just wish they'd either get bigger cups for the special sauce or lower the prices on the cups. They do have a styrofoam container under 2$ they put the sauce in. Anyway I love the food and the sauce . So awesome! Such good food.

The customer service is terrible! Each time I have ordered at the drive thru- I get home and half of my order is missing or wrong. The manager is of no assistance. Instead wants me to pack my food up, drive all the way back to the store, and bring the food back to the restaurant (I’m sorry but health violation). They don’t comp your orders for their mistakes or items left off and have terrible attitude about it! This has happened on multiple occasions.

The main reason I order from here is because there's sweet potato fries. This is the second time I've ordered sweet potato fries, and received regular fries. Please be more attentive when taking orders and making sure the food matches the order description.

They have the best corn nuggets, but I got a wing yesterday. This is how it looked..could’ve picked the feathers off at least.I didn’t see it until I got home to eat it since I got take out, but it’s pretty yuck.

I purchased lunch from Goldfingers in Dothan AL at the Montgomery highway location.The lemon pepper wings were not done. I ate the fries and bread. I notified them that the chicken wasn’t done. I was told to bring the plate back. My lunch was over. I didn’t have time to take it back. The manager said I could bring the chicken back when I get off work. I was greeted by a rude employee. She looked a the receipt and said you purchased this at 1:42. You ate the fries and bread. I replied, that’s all I could eat. She wanted to know the name of the employee I spoke to. The employee took the chicken and went in the kitchen. When she returned with the chicken, I realized the chicken was the same chicken . The chicken that I gave her had a tip off of a wing on the plate that was given to the employee. The plate that I received back had a tip off of the wing but was placed in a different plate. Customer service is a big deal. I will never eat at this restaurant again.
