Golden Ox - Restaurant in Pomona - 1195 E Mission Blvd, USA

The food is not only overpriced; but the quality is the worst ever. salad is all yellow (no more green lettuce ?); chicken is very old, dry. It took 20 minutes to get my food with only two customers in front of me. see pictures. i will never go back there

Very nice people. Great selection of meals to choose from. Prices are kind of high and the meals are very large. You don't know how many calories your having because they're not posted. They don't judge you if you don't wear a face mask even though they have a sign on the door. Overall decent place to dine.

Been going here for over 35 years & the food is STILL amazing!! & it's HUGE portions of food so take someone with you to share the meal or else you will have breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 1 meal ordered 😋 😉

This place is good but it's is no Hercules 😂. Chicken dinner was okay even though I asked for tenders. Burgers are what you expect. The really be sandbagging them. Storing them in water of sorts. There's a upcharge for ranch, well I guess it makes sense because I thought I was getting tenders. But you would think you get one.

Burger was ok, the fries not crispy, and the fried suchini wasn't any good. The place did look clean, but it smells a little be. Didn't want to eat in there. People around there look scary. Felt unsafe in the parking lot.

The food is good and is pretty standard. I love the great prices. Being so accessible and on a main Street is good. They have a drive-thru here too. Prompt service and quality food.

The gentleman that wirk have the best customer service skills ar9und. The food was very satisfying. When your hungry and the food is good you must have done something right. Golden Ox 💫🌟⭐🌠💖

November 9 2023 I went at 630pm my order was simple Carne asada burrito onion and bell pepper only. We don't have bell peppers really you have Denver omelette but you don't have bell peppers you say. Then says so you don't want onion and bell peppers 🤦🏼‍♂️ idiot did you read the ticket what does it say. Onion and Bell peppers only. This argument goes on for 5 min I even showed the manager and the cashier my receipt 🧾 what Golden ox don't check tickets anymore I guess they do whatever they want. Honestly I'm sorry I came tonight. Big mistake. Next time Alexs Taco down the street for adada. Very disappointed 😞 in the customer service tonight at Golden Ox. Shame on you. You guys need to train your staff better. Don't even know what is served in the restaurant. OMG 🤦🏼‍♂️
