Came in Friday from Houston & had a Great weekend getaway with family!!! ||Hotel was super nice & clean! My familyand I loved the pool and amenities that the casino offers. ||Great service on the casino floor (bartenders & servers!) ||Jami (server) 🍹🍸was VERY attentive, fast and friendly! Jay (bartender) 🍻🥂was incredibly polite and knowledgeable about the drinks we received. ||We ate at Vic & Anthony’s it was exceptional 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🍮🍷||We are looking forward for our next trip to Golden Nugget
The casino was clean and beautiful. We went on a Wednesday when most of Houston had lost power due to Hurricane Beryl, so it was most welcome to get away from the drama and heat in Houston! We stayed at a budget hotel off site, so can't comment on their rooms. I only play slots, and I really didn't care for their selection of slot machines - most I'd never heard of. But overall, very nice.
My family and I visited the Golden Nugget from Texas. We had a great time. Very clean and the bartenders were great. Won a little and the food was very good. They still have a lot of the old slots we love. Absolutely loved the room!
Excellent. Safety place to go. Lost and found department I give 5 star for the service. With love 💕 I found my iPad that lost in hotel room. I paid for FedEx shipping label and I completely received my iPad with very carefully packaging. Cindy and the girls working night shifts of cleaning department was very nice and helpful ! Only hotel reservation department is suck . It’s important for me . Thank you for your service !
Have gone several times and had a nice experience each time! I love that they offer events on weekends also. It allowed my husband and I to get away for a weekend for an event, and we treated it as a date night!
We stayed in room 840 and for the price, just felt like it was not worth it. Door squeaked, lamping was missing a shade, and the shower door was broken. We used to stay here all the time and never had a bad stay. Also I used to get way better comps for my rooms this time it was expensive for the room we were placed in. For a hotel with such “high quality” you would think they wouldn’t let all of these things slide for they members guests.
The rooms are beautiful! Bathroom was the best ever! Shower, tub, double vanity and a separate water closet with a door! Great restaurants! Vic & Anthony's, Saltgrass! Lazy river was great and good drinks at pool bar, we did take our Yetis to the pool which was really nice, I needed Gatorade for a headache. Casino was nice and a girl asked if I wanted a drink while playing slots so that was nice!!!! Bars were nice too! We will be back!!!! Love the rooms and bathroom!
Easy to get to, Valet parking was only $15 on a Friday, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable casino, and many dinning options. I went just to gamble and have lunch, wound up winning $200 and got the waitresses phone number and since the drinks were free, it was top shelf only (Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Absolute Vodka), so a huge win.
