I have lived here for 10+years and this place was horrible when I first moved in. There were shootings every other day, there were outsiders in and out at all hours of the nite and not to mention the fights and arguments and people playing very loud music...this place was very unsafe at one point. But now, with Bryan (Uncle B) and Pat as the managers, this place is comfortable and safer, helps that we have security cameras. So a big thank you to B and Pat!! There are no nightly rooms as this hotel houses approximately 52 residents, we all have a "studio" room and we share all common areas...it's like living with a bunch of roommates in a huge house.
I have lived here for 5 years I've been the manager for the last two-and-a-half years were getting we're getting better and it's going to be a place where people can live and be comfortable. Just wait to see what happens in the next year, don't put us down because of where we live. The people in here are great they try help you however they can and everybody has to remember you come from somewhere no one is perfect.Don't give up on, us we're going to make it better and it's going to be a place to be proud of.
Small rooms. Shared bathrooms and showers Animal friendly Noisy, and fast paced throughout the nights. If you know someone here that will let you stay in their room is $10 a night or $80 A month. Single room for cash payers is $500/month Accepts General assistance customers. Truly trying to fix the place up. Cute semi garden in the back.
I live here and I don't have roches or bedbugs!...I love it here we are all like great big family!...everybody helps everybody ...I feel like home here....it has its bad times but we all come together and it always works out! And this hotel as well as the others here in main street are historical buildings here in lodi!
Me and my wife are disabled and had know place to go and the owners Tim and Paul gave us a place to call home we are very great full thank you god bless you. And your doing a great turn around on the hotel
People are nice. Pat is really cool! Brian is a hardworking maintenance guy. I love Juju the cat2
It's not that I dislike the Golden era, it's just,... Well have you ever felt like you were trapped somewhere? I guess that's how I feel, kind of like hotel California, I suppose.
One of the dirtiest places I've ever been, including the third world countries. I would rather sleep at waste management than stay here. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Safe location and off the highway. We were greeted by staff when checking in and felt welcomed. Breakfast gal stayed on top of things! We were in town for a funeral and came back late and wanted to swim and the desk personnel allowed us in after h
Located close to Highway 99, so it's convenient to get to places to and from here. Next to gas station, and fast food restaurants. The workers are helpful & kind. The rooms are a little bit outdated, so don't expect a nicely decorated room. The A

Tricia was an excellent host from start to finish. Room was perfectly clean. The home was warm and cozy inside and out. Breakfast was 5 stars. Cant wait to stay again.
I've been coming here since I was a little kid. Nice park with plenty of shaded picnic areas. Of course, there's the lake and river. Can't forget about the bike/walk trial. Perfect to take morning walks.
The best gym in Northern California. Has every piece of equipment that you need and the staff along with members are all very polite. A comfortable place to workout. Plus a basketball court and sauna!
