It seems to be a small mom and pop Eatery Young and grown up adults service service cook and prepare prepare take out. So it seemed like a family business quaint and nice every effort is made to make your experience pleasant. The food was pretty good service also. Definitely a nice experience. There is really no ambiance because they are geared more for take out out but we entered and we were the only ones That were seated but by the time we left all 5 tables were full. So clearly it's a popular place in 1000 oaks.. If you want great price points good dish portions and a great selection. I recommend giving them a try.

Will never order from here again. Ordered three appetizers that should come with sweet and sour sauce. I asked for EXTRA. And only got 2 TINY containers total. Literally just had to throw the rest away that we couldn’t eat with sauce. Waste of food. Waste of money. Wasn’t even good. Never again!

Great Chinese takeout spot. Got the orange chicken, string beans and pork, three cup chicken. The orange chicken is pretty good, bit thick on batter but gives panda express run for money. The three cup chicken is a bit dry but flavorful. The string beans and pork is a spicy but good. Overall, solid flavor and you'll do well getting takeout here.

Best Chinese food in Thousand Oaks - you must order from the Chinese Menu (yes, with English translations). Service is great, owners are A+ Place is small and basic, but we find it homely. Be prepared for subtle tastes and not excessive sauce-smothered food. Try the pork stew (belly pork), Taiwan noodles, shrimp with tofu, etc - just try everything from the Chinese menu.

Straight trash. I should’ve read the reviews first. This was the worst fried rice I’ve ever had. I rarely right reviews, but this food really rubbed me the wrong way. It wasn’t even mediocre.

This is a wonderful restaurant. Great food, great people. We’ve dined in a couple of times and the food, again, is really flavorful, and the give you more than you could ever eat. Where they have gone above and beyond, however, is take out. Twice now, WE have made mistakes on our call-in/online orders; once we forgot a main dish and the second, we ordered the wrong soup. Doh! On the forgotten dish, we called and ordered what we had missed. They delivered it so we didn’t have to drive back over. What? How great is that? On the wrong soup thing; they just GAVE us the correct soup and let us keep the stuff we ordered in error. These are good people and the place is hopping. Love the orange chicken and the hot & sour soup.

Whoa. I haven't really found a great Chinese restaurant in the area before now. I cannot tell you enough how fantastic this is. Pic doesn't show how much food!

The food can be kind of inconsistent in quality but it's good. I don't recommend the orange chicken though. It's really thick and goopy.
