We travel full-time all over the country. And we really like Asian food. While some buffets are good, the buffet items here rival menu items in other restaurants. All prepared very well and fresh on the buffet.

Great place to get some buffet! The service here is awesome. Our cups never went empty, and our plates got carried away almost as quick as we were done with them. The food was good and there was quite a variety. We will definitely go back.

A good buffet place needs to be a consistent enjoyment in my eyes and for several years, this place has been a great place to grab a nibble.

This is our second visit here. The first was during the ice storm 2023. I hope the incredible food is consistent because it is dinner time right now but the food is absolutely delicious! Full of flavor and there is a large variety of food. I got a full plate of different varieties of foods and each thing I ate was absolutely delicious. I finished the entire plate. I completely forgot they have bacon wrapped jalapeños with cream cheese. They have a bunch of chicken dishes, spicy and mild. Their green beans are on point and full of flavor!!! And they have Boa too!!!!! Last time we came they made me a fresh batch too. I'm honestly shocked that this place isn't packed with people. The wait staff is keeping our table cleared and our drinks full. The chairs look almost brand new. The booth we are in has cushion and looks freshly upholstered! I'm absolutely impressed, specially after the tragic visit last week at another establishment in Abilene. We are definitely coming back!!!

Golden Chopsticks is one of the most popular Chinese buffets in Abilene. Our family and neighbors enjoy going here to get some quick bites to eat once in a while. The Food: It is generally fresh when it comes to the buffet. There are times when the food would be a little lack luster but, generally a hit. They are usually on top of getting food cooked on time to replenish in the dining area. The Staff: The front staff are incredibly kind and remember their customers when they come in. The wait staff are simply doing their jobs - however, they pick up on your needs very quickly. The Atmosphere: It is usually pretty quiet even though there are TVs running. There are plenty of booths to sit to give a sense of privacy while you eat.

The food was good, the service was pretty good, the place was clean. And everyone in my family found something that they liked. They had 8 buffet tables and a hibachi aswell as ice cream. Over all pretty good.

The food was decent. But it wasn't special or great. The restaurant is clean and there is plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and attentive. The only really impressive thing about this place is the buffet selection. And I have to admit, I don't normally enjoy sushi at a Chinese restaurant, but the sushi here was much better than expected. Unfortunately, the other selections were not great and several items I couldn't finish. I will have to continue my search for great Chinese Food in Abilene.

I ordered delivery from here. The service was very speedy. They even added some free egg rolls. However, the food just wasn't very tasty. The cream cheese ragoons were crispy in some spots but soggy in other spots. The general tao's chicken was soggy with a large eggshell in it. The hot and sour soup was decent. I was kind of disappointed because the reviews made it seem way better than it actually was. I probably won't be back.
