Gold Coast Hotel and Casino - Casino hotel in Las Vegas - 4000 W Flamingo Rd, USA

We had a short stay at Gold Coast but our experience was wonderful. The hotel staff were truly amazing. We interacted with two different receptionists who were both beyond friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room was comfortable and clean. Lastly and most importantly, I had left a treasured piece of clothing behind and they shipped it back to me!! THANK YOU Gold Coast staff, I will forever sing your praises.

This establishment offers a satisfactory gaming experience without the excessive opulence and potential overcrowding found in larger casinos on the Las Vegas Strip. The on-site Chinese restaurant, Ping Pang Pong, provides a commendable dining experience, featuring delectable cuisine that I highly recommend. Although the guest rooms are relatively modest in size, they are maintained in a state of cleanliness. I understand that renovations are underway, which may result in future improvements. The location of the casino is advantageous, situated within walking distance of the Strip, thus avoiding the congested streets of the main tourist area.

I stayed 1 night with a friend in a suite. Ballroom event experience was very nice. Oh, what was super excellent was the ladies room in the Ballroom location. Not so positive is the smoking in the casino!!! Also, there can be smoke smell in the standard rooms unless you receive a room that was re-modeled.

The room was really nice. Needed a break from the heat when the air conditioner broke. But they double charged us Resort fees. After telling us there wouldn't be any because of the card level we were at and being local over the phone. Promised us to reverse the charge and refund us. But they couldn't do that at the counter. We'd have to call. I call every day and all I get is the run around.

Positive: Love staying and playing here.Been coming to the G.C. 50 years. And will in the future Negative: Hate the new gambling machines. Love the old Video Poker. Never win but have fun playing. Forgot to use my players card last visit. I like the redone rooms

Our room was great, the remodel was a big improvement over my last visit. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, USB outlets on the lamps, and very well isolated from outside noise. My primary detraction was the smoke walking past the gaming floor to our room. Additional ventilation would be a massive improvement.

For the price, really good. I got this booking super cheap through a third party site.The bed was a lot firmer than I like, the pillows less volumous than I prefer. The shower head was a narrow spray, and the shower door is deliberately open so you flood your bathroom every time you take a shower. Still, it was a serviceable room and I have no major complaints.

Renovation needed! The carpets need a deep clean, the place smells of old beer, dirty bathrooms, and it's Asian inspired restaurants. The elevator in the parking garage is also filthy and in need of repair. I would find somewhere else to go, this should be an absolute last resort.
