Made an appointment online, had quick consultation, and within a couple of hours the data had been located, recovered and supplied on hard drive. Was great service, very prompt and much appreciated.

EBits is an amazing example of small business excellence. They truly care about providing a top quality service for all of their customers. I brought my phone in with a nonfunctional charging port and purchased a full charging port replacement. A few hours later, they called me and informed me that my charging port wasn’t broken but extremely dirty instead. Because of this, they refunded more than half of what I initially paid. They so easily could have not told me that this was the case and not offered a refund, but the fact that they didn’t do that exemplifies their commitment to customer satisfaction. Jasper the owner took great care of me! I took my Macbook Pro on a Sunday afternoon to get my laptop screen fixed because there was a crack. I came right after going to the Apple Store. The next day, I was able to pick it up in the afternoon and getting a good deal. I’m happy with my service that Jasper provided me with.

Apple charged 1500$ to replace my m1 pro logic board and no data recovery. These guys fixed it for half the price and recovered my data for free. Also cleaned my laptop to make it looks brand new. 1000/10 recommended.
