Go yoga has a kids program this summer. Both my 5 year old daughter and 7 year old son attend. They are both learning so much. The instructors have a sweet way of teaching young ones the power of yoga. It is so wonderful that this place offers a safe space for children to practice. My daughter (5yr) loves it so much I often find her in her room quietly doing sun salutations and downward dogs. It's quite adorable. I would highly recommend this yoga studio. Also the owners are so loving and kind.

I absolutely loved my first early morning class today with Go Yoga! Although it was a looong break since I attended a hot yoga class at a different location and had to take it easy during today's class, I really enjoyed the experience. The instructor, Jamie, is attentive, clear and encouraging. The facility is welcoming, very clean and comfortable. Really happy that a 6am class is offered, it sets me up for a beautiful day. Thanks guys!

Go Yoga in Kirkland has changed my life. Gary’s power yoga has been such a welcomed gift during these stressful times. His teachings have eliminated my previous lower back pain, made my non-yoga workouts more powerful, given me a sense of mental clarity, and left me with an overall sense of well-being. My wife and two teenage children have been so impressed that they have gone to the studio with me. My seventeen-year-old daughter told me that she has never seen me so happy. She joined me in at Go Yoga this year and absolutely loves it. The environment is nonjudgmental and filled with friendly, positive energy. Alex, Claudia, Julie, Jamie, Kate, Alison, Rayne, and Jake are all wonderful instructors. Every class I have taken has been outstanding. I enjoyed my first yoga class, which turned out to be a hot yoga. I was a bit worried about the heat and the difficulty level, but the instructor, Gary, was nice and helpful. He explained the poses well and gave me some feedback along the way on how to do them better. The class was clean and had enough space, and the people were polite. I felt challenged but also satisfied by the end of the class. I felt good, calm, and energized. Even though it was my first class, I was able to follow the instructions well and do most of the poses. I think this class is a good option for anyone who wants to try yoga.

I used to do hot yoga religiously and have been to my fair share of yoga studios. Took a class recently at GOYoga with Gary and it was a pleasant surprise that this studio is a good, traditional, no nonsense yoga studio that still teaches the Bikram style. I easily registered online and booked my class for a $7 week pass. When I arrived I was greeted and shown around by the studio manager. The room was nice and hot and best of all QUIET. No electronics allowed, no chatter before class. Every student was there for yoga and meditation and it made for a great class. Thank you!

All was going well at this studio until I attended Gary's class. I have been to hundreds of yoga classes and have over 10 years of experience practicing different styles of yoga. I was so shocked that Gary adjusted me without my consent. It was only my second class at the studio. He didn't ask to enter my physical space at any point. But I was in boat pose and before I know it, his hands are on me. I understand that adjustments are a common thing in yoga. But to not even think to ask for consent first??? Disgusting. I am sick and tired of men assuming they have a right to touch or move any part of me. And I absolutely would not tolerate that experience in a yoga studio, where I've assumed I'm safe and am there to relax. Do better.

Took Gary’s class for the first time. Such a knowledgeable and disciplined instructor. This is the first time in a long time I actually felt like I nailed some poses I’ve been working on with his adjustments. transformative and I loved his encouragement in class! Super welcoming community as well. excited to come back and practice

Today was my 3rd day doing hot yoga at Go Yoga. This has been my first hot yoga experience. The facility is clean and comfortable, with two restrooms and changing rooms for men and women. I have had three different instructors, all of whom were great. Each one was friendly and caring about people's conditions. During my first session, I ended up leaving the room due to feeling faint. The instructor checked on me, which was appreciated. The instructors ask you to push yourself, but within your limits. I look forward to the next class.
