Service was slow, but that's expectable these days. Waitress was nice, friendly. The Gouda grits were pretty good! The pigs in a blanket taco was amazing. That smokey bacon with the spinach, feta and eggs was so good, especially the smokey bacon. Nice atmosphere.
I've been wanting to try this place for breakfast for a while. I love their dirty chai lattes but had never had food. Today I had two eggs scrambled, two pieces of bacon, a side of mushrooms and a side of avocado. The eggs had a good taste and seemed to be seasoned well, though I did get a large chunk of shell. The Bacon was the thin type. It had an odd taste that I couldn't quite place. Probably not my favorite bacon but I can see where others might like it. The avocado was fresh and delicious. It was $1.50 for the serving which was about 1/4 of an avocado. The disappointing part of the meal was the mushrooms. I think they rang up the eggs similar to maybe a mushroom omelette and the mushrooms were extra, which I was fine with, but for $0.50. I only got four very small mushrooms. So I probably won't get mushrooms again. They have crepes and sandwiches here which I would like to try next time, when I'm not on a low carb diet. The Gouda grits also sound like they might be fantastic. I'll be back time and time again for the dirty chai!
My favorite place in town.... Not only for the food but also the atmosphere.... Good vibes all around. Not to mention Connie is a great person so stop by and become a Glory Beans regular.

Been coming here every early morning for coffee and pastries, both are very delicious 😋 I manage a similar place in Matthews and it is great to have something of this great quality of service and product close to home here in Albemarle.
We did not eat, but will be back to try the food. Great place for a variety of fresh roasted and ground coffee beans. We bought a lb. of coffee and some pastries to go - soooo yummy!
Very great food! Me and my wife love coming here. I will say tho recently they changed the recipe for the lox bagel it used to be smoked salmon and my wife went crazy for it but it’s not smoked anymore, so she is a little bumped but still very good. I usually get the chicken pesto which is great! For the coffee it is good and they have a lot of options. If you like it sweeter make sure you ask for it when you order because it can be a bit strong especially if your used to place like Starbucks.

I love going here near Christmas time. They have things that you don't normally see anywhere else and some candy you can't get anywhere else. Prices are great if you don't want the brand name stuff. But I mostly only shop here around Christmas time.
