Stopped for lunch and we were not disappointed! Even though it was a busy Saturday, we were seated quickly and the food was delivered in a desirable amount of time. The fries were so good, we didn’t even need ketchup! The entire restaurant is lines with big screen TV’s and the atmosphere was awesome. They have a full service bar as well.
Came here with a decently sized crowd of people. Was seated very quickly.
Our server was really nice but she accidentally spilled a soda on our dad. We are really laid back people we laughed it off. Accidents totally happen. No big deal. We were comp'd a free shirt and hat and some free appetizers which was super kind of them. All of the food was hot and fresh. The smoked wings were really good. Very smokey. Crispy. My favorite thing we ordered was the pretzels with mustard and beer cheese dipping sauce. Very good.
Everyone loved their food but towards the end we waited about 30-45 minutes just to get our checks out/back from our server and that was really frustrating. I understand getting a rush or being overwhelmed happens but it was a little rough. Overall. Very nice spot. We all liked it a lot despite anything.
While the place itself is actually pretty cool, the food was not.
At least mine wasn’t.
I got the salmon with some really gross looking brown sauce on it siting over a bed of four day old rice that felt like you were chewing a mouthful of baby teeth.
(That’s a really terribly analogy but I think it captures the experience pretty well.)
The salmon itself was really dry even with the gross sauce on it. Plus it was upside down so you’re stuck looking at the brown part of the salmon without the skin.
The server was awesome and my son got the chicken fingers which were actually pretty good so that bumped the rating up a tad but didn’t make up for the fact that I’m getting nauseous just writing this review.
Solid chain restaurant. Burgers are very good. We do take out when we're craving a great burger. Their takeout is efficient, and staff are always friendly.
Food was great and plenty of seating to watch the game. I loved the fact they give you a personal speaker so you can actually hear the game you want to watch! I'll definitely be back just for that feature. They do need to get more help out on the floors. People were waiting a while to be seated and the lone bartender and to see to that and all the customers. That was a little crazy.
Everything was great yesterday, my 1st time here. Today, was not so good. My house salad was missing the dressing, then I noticed it was missing the cucumbers ( one item out of 5 item salad. Easy to noticed). Also my chicken wings were barely cook and missing the carrots strips.
Come on, kitchen crew, get it together and don’t ruined it for the rest of the team.
My waitress took care of it very professionally.
They used to be able to do more for gluten free but not anymore which is why only 3 stars. However the fire grilled wings are still great and the service is always amazing. Miriam deserves a great shout out! Amazing service, she went above and beyond even with dealing with a huge group of rowdy teens nearby
Our waiter was amazing, very accommodating and customer focused! And the food was fantastic, it's been a while getting a burger cooked properly and tastes amazing! Definitely going back.

We had to use Cloud9 Studios last minute for our sonâs birthday shoot and had a great experience. The shooting session was great - they had great props, backdrops and lighting. Jeanine, the owner, is amazing!
Go ahead and book them!
