Stumbling upon Glory Days, Beach Side Grill has been a truly refreshing experience, making it a place too good not to share. Its fusion of laid-back ambiance and inventive cuisine is a delightful surprise that left a lasting impression.
Let's start with the setup - spacious and welcoming with a dash of sports bar energy, thanks to the array of monitors scattered around. It's a bright and inviting space, perfectly suited for chilling with a laptop, watching the game, or simply enjoying the beach view.
Their "Pastrami Tacos" were an unexpected revelation. I've never seen such a creative interpretation of the humble taco before, and I must say, it works wonders. The crunch of onions and cabbage, coupled with the tender pastrami and an enigmatic sauce, all wrapped in a soft corn tortilla - an experience not to be missed!
Complimenting the delightful food was the stellar service. The staff was present just when needed, delivering food and drinks promptly, but with a soft touch that lets you enjoy your meal at your own pace.
To sum it up, Glory Days, Beach Side Grill is not just a cool spot to hang out; it's a place that presents an adventurous culinary journey, top-notch service, and a relaxing atmosphere. And those brilliant tacos are just the icing on the cake. It's a resounding five-star from me.

Its an ok sports bar but the wait for service and food was a little long (although the place was literally empty). Hate to see what it would be on a packed night. Wings were pretty good and my daught said the burger was good as well. The real turn off was the "service charge" for the use of a credit card. Usually unheard of for this level of restaurant. In reality any meal here would be between $50 to $150 depending on the size of the party. And most people dont carry that much cash on them, especially to go out for dinner or drinks. One is to wonder how much Glory Days is making on credit card charges. Highly doubt the credit card company charges them $2.00 to process the payment. I know its only $2.00 but its the principle. At least i wont be back until they remove that service charge.
Finally an excellent waitress here. She was the best, usually their staff here is kinda lazy. She was excellent and checked on me many times. That usually never happens here. Had a great personality. My hamburger would have been really good if they would have cooked it. Even though I asked for it cooked all the way through they never seem to cook their burgers here. The cook needs to be talked to about not serving raw meat. It happens here 9 out of 10 times.
What a fun and exciting place to hangout! Let the good times roll.

Found this gem of a place while visiting Seal Beach. Not sure we can claim to have âfoundâ it though given the high rating this place had when we looked it up, but it delivered. Warm pita bread and hummus they brought out for us while we ordere

The plate looked tiny, but I felt full after I finished it.
The price was good, but you have to pay extra for avocados and crab salad.
The best part was that dry fish seasoning he sprinkled on top.
Excellent beachfront park overlooking the ocean in Seal Beach, California!
Hereâs another Eisenhower Park, not to be confused with my hometown park in Orange, California.
The small park is a great place to set out some lawn chairs or place a blanke
We arrived at LAX and were making our way to SD, this hotel was nicely located as an overnight pit stop. Itâs near the beach and in what seems to be an upmarket town with a nice high street. Parking was free, the room we had seemed a bit dated and
Great place to take the kids, as they can have their little beach on the big beach!
Also close enough to watch the big kids ride the waves and view the open ocean!
Restrooms under the pier and parking are just steps away.
Stumbled upon this cafe with my wife, and we were so happy we did. The barista recommended the chicken pot pie. Wow! It was so good we went back and got another one. We will definitely be back to try other items and for another pie.
