Great coffee and dessert snacks; comfortable seating inside; drive thru service too. Clean; friendly staff; specialty coffees and teas made to order your way. Similar to the other big chain Star***s; a bit pricey, but worth it if you want something special.
Service was horrible. The lady at the window looked very upset when handing me my order and made an annoyed face when asked if I could get napkins. My husband asked for ice and a gentleman handed him a cup with small amounts of ice and water. They both practically rolled their eyes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Good coffee , horrible horrible customer service, wanted to charge me 1.79!for a cup of water. I asked for my brownie warm and it was super cold . No smile at the window nothing . I don’t expect them to make me laugh but don’t act like I make you mad for ordering.

Very special place, super comfy atmosphere, and modern. The customer service is great, friendly employees. The coffee is really good and the bread is delicious. They also sell some merch which is really cool or nice to have when you want to buy coffee to make at home.
The last few times I've come I find pieces of chocolate chips inside my iced coffee. However, this time the chocolate chips were inside the iced teas. How can this happen? They're iced TEAS.
My family and I are lactose intolerant! The chocolate chips are made of milk chocolate I believe.
I’ve noticed they mix all the drinks with the same untensils which is probably how they get inside the drink.
It’s 2021 and many people have allergies let alone cross contamination is very likely to happen. I ask for almond milk on my iced coffee and the last 3 times I’ve gone, I get an upset stomach shortly after. Non dairy drinks should NOT be mixed or let alone any of the drinks. This can prevent cross contamination!! Cross contamination is definitely preventable!! I hope they can work on this because I love supporting LOCAL and I enjoy their coffee but management needs better training or just no mixing at all. Also the menu says large cups are 32 oz but the cups are 28 oz and the price remains the same.
Loved the Iced Coffee, chocolate muffins are always my first choice, good environment and good customer service. The place is really pretty.
I went to Gloria Jeans located in Pharr, right off the service road between Polk and Jackson. I wanted a tall cup of coffee so I thought I'd go in instead of waiting in the drive thru line. Upon entering I was pleasantly greeted, there was no line and I ordered my coffee with cream and Splenda. I thought the coffee was OK, but this is no Starbucks, however, the price was better. Gloria Jeans offers more than coffee, they too do teas as well. Will I go back again ? Probability to try something else on the menu.
