This is for trucker. Dock is so tight. And ll back from the main road. And traffic on 31st is always bad. And be careful about fence opp of road. Best of luck

They take appointment only customer service not good. I don’t recommend it. Very tight to place to back up.

This place is a joke and all jokers work here complete wastage of time. First u r order will not ready. If its ready then allso the guy at shipping will say you its not ready and when u get loaded after hours then you have to wait for hours to get the paperwork. Bcz their system goes down. SPECIALLY FOR CANADAIN CARRIERS

very dissatisfied with the service when unloading the load fixed to the floor, I have to remove it in many companies remove the fastening themselves, I said that my back hurts and I can’t do it, they returned the documents to me and said your problems

Long waiting times. There is no space for parking. They tell you that they will call you when docks are available but nobody calls you have to go inside several time and ask them about the load but every time they told they will call you when it’s ready. Take minimum 3-4 hours to load.

Always come earlier than appointment time, guys load me without any problem, very fast, a little problem with parking, street is busy, but anyway you can block the street and take your time

My appointment was for 9am. They was still getting the order ready… Now it’s 10am. Never again!!!

Appointmnt @10am , i reached 11.30..backed up at dock 4 in a very first attempt.started loading immediately.Nice people inside Drivers can use washroom inside.
