Do not trust to this company and be very careful. We booked apartment in FL. At arrival time apartment was not clean, air conditioner didn’t work. In the middle of night, they kept us in the car for 2 hours and finally told that they do not have any other rooms and that we need to go to different hotel. At 2am we were looking for different hotel. Now they don’t want to give me full refund.

DO NOT BOOK AS HOTEL! All started when I wanted a refund for the room seconds after I saw the $100 cleaning fee charge. The "strict" policy refused me the refund, which is usually a sign of a crooked company. Then I got to Boston during a snow storm to find that my key wasn't in a lockbox like what was stated in my email. Come to find out it was with the neighboring company's concierge. This had been going on for weeks so the email was a straight lie to my face. Once inside, I found mold and mildew on the shower curtain, which is utterly disgusting and am still considering reporting to the Better Business Bureau and Health Department. The hotel overall looked nice but was obviously only cosmetic and the bed was cheaply stiff. Definitely not worth the money.

Wish I could give .5 stars. After spending a good bit of money for an apartment, I asked to be refunded for some of the expense given the walls were not soundproof. We could hear all Street sounds from vehicles to people while we tried to sleep. This made it unpleasant at night, especially for my sons. Management took weeks to review my case and to no avail (would never take a professional property management group this long). They offered me a discount on a future stay but I shared I had no desire to ever stay with them again because of how they mishandled my case. Poor focus on the customer. Would never recommend. I stayed at the One Greenway Tower off Kneeland Street.

Expedia booked us into an apartment for 3 nights. The electronic lockbox opened with the right code but contained no key. Customer service could not locate anyone with a key. Expedia could only promise a refund for the unused nights, but we had to pay for the night spent locked out of the apartment in the rain for 3 hours. Neither Global nor Expedia has earned any customer care points tonight. I hear that Travelocity is more responsive.

Arrived to the Fenway apartment. Horrible service, conditions, mold everywhere, disgusting kitchen... I can keep going on and on. We called and called for their assistance and requested a room change, never happened. Please do yourself a favor, and don’t stay here. TRUST ME. I wish I can attach the pictures of this horrific place. It’s a scam and false advertisement.

In order to leave a post, one star is given. Will leave a negative star if allowed. This business is a fraud. They took your money with fraudulent terms. Customer service is non existence. Stay away if you can.

Scam. Not a real hotel. Accidentally double booked because website hung, and I hit refresh. After spending 3 days just trying to get someone on the phone, they refused to get rid of the charges. Avoid at all costs.

Well to be honest this place is a very cozy and expensive but I liked customers the people work there are very awesome. The foods you eat that end in the blood will also make you more likely to have the nutrients more COMFORTABLE.
