Glenora Wine Cellars - Winery in Dundee - 5435 NY-14, USA

Our Group stopped here as our last stop on our 10 person wine tour. By the time we got to Glenora they unfortunately were no longer offering tastings, but we were able to purchase a round of wine slushes and hang out on the outside balcony. Glenora seems like a really nice place and I'll hopefully be back again, preferably when the tastings are available!

I really liked these wine cellars. Lots of space, beautiful scenery overlooking the lake, and delicious wine to try. We bought several bottles of wine for family and friends. The taste of the wine is reminiscent of wines from Ontario, but, of course, is slightly different. The wine is not too expensive, and there are also discounts. We will come here again

Glenora Winery stands as one of the oldest, most renowned, and breathtaking wineries. They provide guided winery tours at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm, with a charge of $20 for both the tour and wine tasting, while only the wine tasting incurs a $10 fee. The tour guide exudes friendliness and cooperation. Their impressive portfolio boasts over 50 wines, with an annual production of 60,000+ cases (each containing 12 bottles). The sprawling grape farm covers more than 150 acres and supports home delivery upon request. The establishment offers ample parking for cars and features an on-site restaurant, which unfortunately remains closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Kudos to our tour guide. He had a wealth of knowledge about the winery, which is Seneca Lake's oldest winery. The Port and Reislings were very nice.

Glenora wine cellars were a very awesome experience. The view, the staff and so much tasting.. my two favorites were the pineapple and also the raspberry wine. These 2 were by far the tastiest if your thing is a sweet wine.

Could not recommend enough! Great wine - we tried dry reds, petnat, sparkling - in a very friendly atmosphere. We went there on NYE right before closing to get a quick tasting and buy bottles and our server was so helpful sweet. Will be back in the Summer for sure!

Beautiful views and good wines. We enjoyed sitting on the deck for a period of time. The downside was that our wine tasting server did not seem to know the wines well and did not engage past pouring and telling us the name of the wine.

My husband surprised we with a valentine package which included an overnight stay at the Inn at Glenora. 5 stars goes to the Inn at Glenora for all categories. We started with the wine tastings. Check out was at 3Pm and when we arrived to our room we were greeted with a nice sized cheese and cracker basket( cheeses were a variety and melted in our mouth) warm choclate chip scones with chocolate dipping sauce a large bottle of champaigne and a bottle of resling house wine chilled in the fridge.) All was included in the package. I was impressed with the many bath towels (excellent quality) for the 2 sized whirlpool which was delightful. The fireplace was nice and warm relaxing and romantic. The king sizedbed was the best of quality regarding the quality and we both enjoyed the best of best regarding sleeping. The room was so very private and included a enclosed deck which opened up to the scenic view of the winery and seneca lake. What I loved most was I never heard doors closing in neighboring rooms water running footsteps. I loved when you walked through the hallways at the Inn separate sitting areas to view the beautiful scenery. The Inn at Glenora Wine cellars is a special place and I highly recommend it.
