Nice hotel with really nice decorations. We met Mr. Humpers the camel, who I officially named while I met him in the lobby. The front desk and lobby area is decorated very nicely. There is a lot of history and style. The front desk service is FANTASTIC! Very welcoming and a great sense of humor. The rooms are clean fresh smelling well lit with comfortable beds. The pool and spa are clean and refreshing felt very wonderful. The hotel is directly next to the freeway, but you cannot hear the freeway at all . The location is perfect, but most importantly it’s safe. Parking lot is safe and well lit plenty of ADA access parking. I would recommend and encourage everyone to come and stay here! I will be back

Kind of a throwback style hotel. Cool vibe overall and honestly a decent bang for your buck. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. Wish they had Queen size beds instead of Doubles. Breakfast was basically pop tarts and coffee. The location was perfect, right off the freeway and 4 minutes from the Glendale Galería. All in all, I could see myself coming back here again when I’m in the area.

Good location, quiet hotel. Plenty of restaurants within 5-10 mins drive. Pretty close to universal studios and Hollywood sign trails and parks. Rooms are not as modern, fresh looking for what you pay. Lastly, parking is $10 a day. The 3rd party booking websites show that it's free but it is not. I didn't like that the hotel employee didn't mention it either. They charged me for parking after I checked out. I just wish they mentioned at the check in that the parking wasn't free.

Last week we took a trip to Universal Studios in Hollywood and we booked this hotel for 2 nights. The price is quite reasonable and close to where we wanted to go. This is a big apartment complex, we're on the third floor, there are plenty of parking spaces to park every night. This is an old complex but well kept, clean inside and outside. The front desk people are quite pleasant and helpful. Although it's old, and would have gotten a 5 stars if the shower was good, but it wasn't, the water pressure is very weak, the hot and cold water don't mix well, on and off. The shower head is so small with poor water coming out. I like a nice shower after a long day outside, but this didn't do it for me. The room is efficiently big for 4 people, the AC works extremely well especially on hot days, the fridge is cold. Over all the place is nice, close to Starbucks and Jack in the Box. I walked to get coffee every morning, although there is coffee in the room and on the front desk area. The Ice machine on the 3rd floor doesn't work so we had to walk down to the 2nd floor. The beds are quite comfortable. One thing I didn't like was parking fee $10/night. This is totally unreasonable, may be I didn't read the fine prints when I booked this place or may be how all the hotel in Glendale do that. The Wifi is good even on the third floor. Will we come back here again, we don't think so, because we do like a nice shower every night and morning and this place doesn't provide that.

Has an elderly vibe to it. And it’s an older building for sure. Bed was comfy enough. Except for my fiancé kicking me off the bed🤣 I think all hotels should have real breakfast instead of water coffee and pop tarts. Nothing wrong with that. I just have been to other hotels that have waffles muffins orange juice and other pastries. Staff was nice. Not the best but definitely not the worst.

Everything was very unprofessionally handled by the lady upfront from the very first day. She was very rude and demanding while she was explaining the rules of the hotels and we had very unwelcoming interactions. I can’t remember her name, but she was the only lady on the reception desk in the mornings. We never been in this hotel, and we were pretty surprised how old and dirty this hotel was. For being the city of Glendale that everything is new and remodeled and updated, the owner must consider do some major renovations and major pesticides due to having roaches (refer to attached pictures) rolling around a room and all the old furnitures and bathroom equipments. As far as comfort goes, we had was only two single pillows for two of us which they were horribly uncomfortable . All the hotels have at least 3 different pillows on the bed for each guest to pick from . Heater was a mess and was blowing cold air the whole time and we had to keep it off and ended up wearing extra clothing to sleep warm and comfortable and wasn’t much helpful regardless. All the hotels always have extra blankets in the closet for the guests if needed and this hotel had absolutely none. Also our room was lack of very basic stuff such as IRON which i needed to iron my husband’s shirt for the event we were going to and we had to buy one from target and we were so frustrated over that. Also the blow dryer wasn’t working when we needed to dry my hair which was another frustration. We spent almost $1,100 for four nights and this hotel didn’t even offer basic breakfast and tea. They just put a coffee & water upfront with absolutely nothing else Our whole experience was absolutely awful and the only reason we chose this hotel was due to being the couple hundred cheaper compare to Hilton which was our biggest mistake. We would definitely have better experience at Hilton as far as welcoming and professional staff, clean and modern hotel and full room amenities for guests. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel 7/27/2024 I recently stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. When checking in, everything in the lobby looked very nice and clean. As I walked over to my room, I found cockroaches in the hallway and outside my door which was extremely unsettling and unhygienic. Then I ran into housekeeping and let them know that there were cockroaches. I left the hotel for a few hours and came back and noticed that the cockroaches were still there. Also, the shampoo and body wash bottles provided were completely empty, showing a lack of attention to basic amenities. To make matters worse, the exit doors were stuck, forcing me to walk all the way to the main entrance just to get out. This is not only inconvenient but also a serious safety hazard. Overall, my stay was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. These pictures were taken at 5:15pm the day of my check in in the hallway 2nd floor, room 280

Positive: Great decor! Comfy bed! Balconies! So many lounge areas by the pool and a lobby perfect for just about any meeting. Negative: My room phone wasn?t working.
