Our stay at Glen Choga Lodge was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst breathtaking mountain scenery, the lodge itself is a charming and historic gem. But what truly sets it apart are the hosts, Tim, Liz and their lovely girls. From the moment we arrived, we felt like family. Tim and Liz were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Their knowledge of the area was invaluable, and they went out of their way to ensure we had the best possible experience. The homemade breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and the cozy atmosphere of the lodge made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you're seeking adventure or simply a peaceful retreat, Glen Choga Lodge is an absolute must-visit. The combination of stunning surroundings, exceptional hospitality, and a touch of history makes it a truly unforgettable experience.

We LOVED our stay here. Innkeeper Tim and family are fantastic hosts. We had the blessing of catching the place when we were the only ones staying, so we had the whole lodge and property to ourselves (plus them), but it would have been great even if it was full. Perfect getaway if you want peace and quiet -- definitely remote, but worth it. Nearby Andrews has a great rail bikes excursion. The hosts know just the balance of engaging guests and leaving them alone to enjoy the property, of which they are (deservedly) very proud of. They keep it pristine, no bugs, total comfort. We plan to go back soon!

The lodge is an outstanding rustic getaway for family and friends. It has both modern comfort and old-time character (my kind of place). The Innkeepers are great hosts and good people who invested a lot of time and effort into making sure our stay would be relaxing and fun. We will be back.

Great place to spend some quality time with friends and family to reconnect, beautiful natural setting with historical lodge and modern cabin. Wonderful hosts go out of their way to provide insight on local attractions for a variety of interests. Close to NOC and the lake. We recently met up with friends staying at the lodge and spent 2 nights in the cabin on the hill overlooking the grounds, ample parking, mountain views from the large balcony porch, wildlife (turkey, eagle, you can practically hand-feed the trout in the front pond and the hummingbirds will hover a foot away from you). Close to downtown Andrews for some pizza and beer at Hoppy Trout or visit to the casino. Highly recommended for a quiet romantic getaway or family escape. You will be impressed by the charm and friendliness of the staff, and large rooms with private sitting space, as well as communal areas.

The Lodge was beautiful, and had every amenity one could possible need. The caretaker, Tim was the best host sharing many stories about the properties incredible history. 10/10 would highly recommend! I’ll certainly be returning!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Glen Choga. The host Tim had a deep knowledge of the area and the history of the lodge, and was incredibly accommodating to our every need. He recommended a local hike for us and even packed us a pack complete with first aid kit and wine and cheese. Every detail was properly managed. The room was great. It had a historic charm but the amenities were updated and modern (bathrooms were up to date, high speed wifi, modern AC/heat unit). The lodge has a rich history and is off the beaten path. The first time up, it seems like a long way off the highway, but in reality it's only 20 minutes to several nearby towns and activities. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay and expect to be back soon.

We spent the weekend there for a getaway and some white water rafting. We travel a lot for work and pleasure, but this was the most memorable stay we can remember. The lodge is fantastic! The care they have taken to preserve the history of this property is indescribable. Tim and his family keep this place spotless. We felt like guests in someone's home rather than a tenant in a lodge. When we get a chance to return to this area for pleasure or business, we won't even look at another property. Had we known what was in store, we'd have booked an extra day just to spend on the property. Keep up the great work. David & Karen
