Glen Capri Burbank Universal - Motel in Glendale - 6700 San Fernando Rd, USA

I had car troubles and ended up stranded outside this Motel, decided to stay whilst my car was at the Mechanic ... I'm so glad I did! I loved the theme, Hollywood wallpaper with my favourite Noir TV actors and actresses. The staff at this location are Awesome! Very patient and friendly, very approachable and understanding. The Cleaners here are sweet and pleasant, you will feel at home. They make sure you have what you need and everything is cleaned and tidy. My ONLY gripe, is Breakfast, hasn't been any since Covid , so Guys please please bring it back! You can get tea and coffee and use hot water or microwave for heating stuff up I gave 5 stars for everything, Overall I would recommend Capri Inn to my friends and family, and hope to stop by again in the future! 😀

If you're looking for a place that is reasonable in cost, comfortable and safe, this is it! In the room we were in, we could hear the traffic going by, and if you're noise sensitive, ask to be on a 2nd floor room. Our room had a lot of storage but I would take one of the cabinets and add a rack for hanging up shirts. The bathroom was clean and good sized, but needs a hook on the wall to hang a towel when done. And next door to an excellent restaurant that is a must try! All in all, thanks for a great stay. We'll definitely be back!

I love this place! The rooms are clean, very comfortable, and the staff are amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown, The sevice is exceptional I Would recommended this place for anyone wanting to keep a modest budget.

Had difficulty from the start to the end of check out and beyond...I was scheduled for 2 nights.. after being there for 10 min. I HAD SERIOUS REGRETS. The look was strange.. built oddly.. staff Unsure about anything.. had to call for FIX twice in 15 minutes..I checked out early.. next day. 11ish.. AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR 2 NIGHTS. Never again. Was anything but enjoyable.. Nothing in the entire area..dull x 10.

Visiting from out of town and had to stay here for a little bit over a week… Got to know the staff and really loved their customer service, Deep, Nancy, and Samir were so helpful and kind. There is $100 deposit but you get it back right away if you pay cash when you check out, I think it’s a couple of days with a credit card. Not all of the rooms were amazing but 108 and 224 were good rooms. Showers were decent, i always wear shoes when showering at hotels/motels. For a motel this was a really nice and clean stay, and the area was very safe and clean as well. Also there were a few movies shot here so that made it a little bit cooler. There is a nice restaurant next door and stores close by. Overall i enjoyed my stay and i would recommend this place for a inexpensive trip.

I’ve stayed at the Glen Capri at least 5 times over the past 2 months. From my first stay I really felt at home and surrounded by friends and family. Which led me back again and again. The staff is kind and professional. All shifts.! Consistancy is the key to their success. The rooms are clean. And decorated with Old Fashion Hollywood style. The bathrooms are updated with a tradition shower head or you can have a rain fall shower with a turn of a knob. They don’t have microwaves in the rooms however they have one in the lobby which is accessible all hours. They have a nice restaurant next door. Stores are close by and so much sight seeing in a 10 mile radius The Griffith Observatory, Hollywood Sign, Universal Studios, Warner Bro Studio. The list is never ending.

Was expecting it to be really bad once I saw the reviews but honestly it was a very nice room. You can tell they are in the process of making their rooms better. The only downside was they don’t serve breakfast. But overall I’m satisfied.

The shower was gross, the floors looked like they hadn't even been swept. Hair on the bathroom floor. I had to clean the floor myself. We could even use the shower. It also didn't drain the water properly. Water backed up. Stains on the sheet. Front area of the floor smelled like urine. It was gross. Unfortunately I booked through a non refundable sight. But the picture are not representative of the actual interior. They do not clean the rooms. We needed somewhere to stay on a road trip up north. Saw the pictures on the interior of the rooms. And thought it would be a good quick stop.
