Fantastic job and dealing with Glass Dr. the office was great and the tech was fantastic. Very very professional. I will definitely use GD again. Kitchen glass replacement , dirt on window frame is the old dirt will remove after sealant cures.

They gave us a very competitive price, used commercial grade materials and were very professional. They gave us up to date accurate timing of when they would be working and informed us of any variations in their work schedule. Their technician was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I just called for a quote for 3 pieces (one 40”x27.5”and two at 10.5”x27.5”) of tempered, smoked, 1/8” glass for a storm door. The rep put me on hold to get a quote from the owner. Came back with $400-$450 per piece for a total of $1350. I asked him if he was serious and he said that is what the owner quoted him. I told him to have a nice day. You must be insane to buy anything from them. Just wow.

1st class service for glass replacement. The glass Dr has a great reputation around Lake County for quality, trustworthy work. I had them replace three cracked double pane windows. They communicated throughout the process about the work being done. I highly recommend Glass Doctor. Update: They also do an amazing job on Car windshield!

Hire this Company to replace the door on my business and Nicole in the office kept me updated of any delays in the process which is a big deal cause normally companies don’t. The guys that installed the door were very polite and quick. I like them so much I asked them to quote our other door that slams all the time! Highly recommend.

contracted for a mirror to be installed for 1400 and gave a deposit of 701 march 24 2023. they refuse to install the mirror and won't return our deposit. The owners response that we are lying is funny as in the text messages he acknowledges that he has not done the work and continues to ignore our requests to do the work but asks us to take down our 1 star review. Check the better business bureau about this company.
