From a positive standpoint, I enjoyed the services of Glamour Tans and found the staff to be helpful. From a negative viewpoint, the owner is only interested in being paid and is more concerned about making money than pleasing her customers. I was seeing cutbacks resulting in fewer open hours and even eight minutes given for a simple massage chair which was a wonderful 20 minutes from the onset of my membership. She would not allow me one last visit which should’ve been permitted under my contract. And once more, they were closed an extra day on top of the Fourth of July. Most rational people would have afforded a client in good standing one more day to make up for electricity outage and extra days of being closed. I would suggest looking into other tanning salons in the area. I have found a great one in Greeneville that costs $70 less each month.

I LOVE Glamour Tans! I've been a customer since probably 2003. The beds are always clean with new bulbs, the halotherapy room is amazing, along with the hydramassage chair. The staff is friendly and always helpful!

The tanning beds are very much up to date with brand new bulbs in them! The staff is great... It has a very welcoming homey touch on the inside as well, so it automatically makes your visit 10x better just from the get go! The inside is clean, the beds are always clean! The rates are also the best around for package deals....!! This is why I give Glamour Tans a 5+ star rating....

At one time this was the only place I would go to tan cause I love the stand up bed but now the only way to get the stand up bed is get the package that has everything including and it's over 100 a month I don't need everything I just want to tan and use the stand up bed but u can't get that there now unless u get everything so I will be looking for a new tanning place cause I don't like the regular tanning beds as u don't get a even tan the best thing they could do is include the stand up bed in there regular tanning package cause some people don't want everything they would just like to use the stand up tanning bed

Clean, with lots of options for tanning also with reasonable prices and friendly staff would definitely go again

Wonderful place to tan! Very clean, wonderful atmosphere, great staff! The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable as she has been in business for many years! I would recommend tanning here!

Dont recommend this place. My wife has went there for yrs and they all know her. And they know she travels a long distance to go there. I tried to pay for her to continue to go there for a year for Christmas gift but they wouldn't give a price over the phone. The lady was in hurry to get off the phone. She had a sale on the phone and all she cared about was getting off. I really didnt care about price I just wanted I had enough in the account to pay for it. It couldve cost $250 and all she would've had to do was tell me have 400 in there and they would've had a sale. As a salesman I understand the rules, but also as a salesman I understand that if you have a sale, and for them a whole year is a big sale, then you take it. Very disappointed
