I stayed at this property for one night while in town for work. Check-in was quick and the lobby was spacious and clean. The room itself was very modern with a good layout. Overall, it was fairly clean but could have been cleaner in some areas that had dust build up and stains. The walls were pretty thin as well, as I could hear the neighbors taking most of the evening. Overall, it’s close to being a really nice hotel and I would stay here again.

We had an exceptional stay. The entire experience was top-notch, but two staff members truly stood out - Diana, our housekeeper, and Shayla at the reception desk. Diana's attention to detail. She ensured everything was spotless and comfortable, and her kindness was genuinely appreciated. Shayla's welcoming demeanor and professionalism at the front desk set the tone for our wonderful stay. Her helpfulness and knowledge of the area made our visit even more enjoyable. The hotel's amenities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were all impressive, but it was the outstanding service from Diana and Shayla that made our stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return and experience their hospitality again! 5 stars aren't enough - we'd give it 10 if we could!"

I've traveled all over this country for business and stayed in a lot of motels and in my opinion this is one of the best. It's not a 5 star property, but it's just barely under that type of motel. I'm not sure if the motel is new, but it may be. The location is very convenient. The Biltmore and other attractions are around 3 miles away. The room and bath were very clean and well maintained (Like New). It is nice to have a room where the A/C is quiet and does not rattle. The thermostat takes the temp down to your desired temp (many don't) and will freeze you out if that is your desire. The pillows and bed are very comfortable (just like home). The shower is great. It's hard to get out once your are in with the rainhead shower head. The hot water never ran out. The HOT breakfast was great. There was a good variety to pick from. Fruit, cereal, biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage. Overall, this has got to be one of the best places to stay in Asheville. And for the money, it might be the best.

The room was well-appointed, clean, modern, and efficient. The staff was friendly and ensured we have everything we’d need. Shayla at the front desk provided exceptional service. We requested a pair of tweezers, which we assumed would be difficult to obtain. However, Shayla exceeded our expectations by diligently locating one for us, demonstrating her resourcefulness and dedication. Additionally, we commend the breakfast hostess for ensuring the buffet was consistently replenished and the tables were maintained to a high standard. We enjoyed our stay here and for sure will be back.

One of the best Hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. Pool was awesome, work out facilities were above average, breakfast was above average, room was clean and felt roomier than other hotels. Front desk was kind, courteous and went above and beyond for things we needed. The only complaint was lack of gluten free items at breakfast but other than that amazing!

This hotel was so nice. Staff was great food was amazing. My son loved the pool. Door dash was easy to get. The shower was amazing. The beds were so soft The pillows fluffy. Nice tvs fast internet. Was able to get work stuff done with no problem. They even have printers in the lobby. Over all this place is great for the price.

We love the hotel! Clean rooms and comfortable beds which a comfortable bed is hard to find in a hotel. Only complaint really have us the pillows are lil lumpy and wish they had roll away beds or sleeper sofa in some of the rooms for those staying with children or multiple people wanting to stay in same room. Tho the room with 2 queen beds a twin air mattress does fit with room to move around it . Staff is very friendly and affordable prices. Will for sure stay again in future!

The front desk workers were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise! There was variety and everything was fresh and hot. We were touring Biltmore and the hotel was about a ten minute drive away. Perfect!
