GLō Best Western Tulsa-Catoosa East Route 66 - Hotel in Catoosa - 18711 E Admiral Pl, USA

The rooms were very clean. I actually thought it was a new hotel. It is about 6 years old. The showers were very nice and spacious. If there was a downfall, the shampoo and conditioner products were in very small bottles. There was no bathtub, just the shower and we were aware of that when booking.|I would stay here again

Positive: I loved the bed, the shower, the breakfast and the location. I love that there's no carpet since they allow dogs. Negative: My only issue was there was no soap dish and the soap fell off the back of the sink and fell into parts unknown. Also, there was a barking dog, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

There is no microwave in the room. Pubic hair on the shower walls. Rooms are small for a king. Shower pressure was awful. Chicken for breakfast. No sleep at all because of a semi truck parked right below our window that had a refeer unit going off and on. I will say front desk was pleasant.

Incredibly clean both inside of our room and the lobby. A very nice area to walk the dog. The pillows were awful but that is just my preference; my husband liked them. The bed was comfortable. Amazing shower pressure. The one big drawback was where the AC unit was. It was underneath the desk so when I was using my computer, I froze. It was also impossible to control going from really cold to warm. The bathroom sliding door was so heavy that we both found it difficult to move.

The hotel smells funny. You can smell it as soon as you walk in and you can smell it on the floor you’re staying on. Got there before 3pm looking to be able to check in. He said there were rooms available ( which I expected since the hotel is located in Catoosa, OK) but if I wanted to check in before 3pm then I had to pay $25. I understand having to pay $25 if you don’t have a room ready and I ask you to get one ready for me early. I don’t understand having rooms clean and available and wanting me to pay you extra just because I want to check in a couple hours early. I don’t think that extra $25 is worth you losing a customer over bad customer service.

Had never stayed at this BW branded hotel type before.||We didn’t have any special problems but probably wouldn’t go to another one. Maybe out of our age range?||The lobby decor is very modern, the furniture was large and appeared uncomfortable.||Loved the large moss look flower wall hanging, though.||After a fast elevator ride, we found our room to be small and busy. ||A Padded headboard ran down the wall to the window ending in a non-usable bench. ||Non usable because it’s jammed against the unusable desk that the air conditioning is underneath. No space left for the chair or your legs.||That said-there is a sliding door for the bathroom or closet so no wasted space.||The bathroom sink is large and thick, leaving very small amount of counter space.||The very clean shower is nice, but ours had low water pressures so no hair wash this time. ||We could hear our neighbors but not too badly and the comfortable bed was great. ||||||

Omg! Great location! Excellent rate & clean room..ample breakfast...Jackpot of having Hard Rock across the street! Felt safe here. Very pleasant stay!

Staff is friendly. The rooms are set up weird. The a/c is under a desk so the room doesn't seem to get that cool. No microwave in the rooms which is super cheap on the owners part. The walls are super thin. You hear everything. You get limited towels, also a super cheap move. The parking lot is tight with lots of foot traffic at night. I worried about my vehicle. Breakfast was ok.
