The hotel itself was very nice, but the staff was not. When we first got there, after driving 7 hours, it took us 15 minutes to get into the hotel. We were having to call and ring the buzzer to get someone to come to the front desk to even let us in. Then they couldn’t find our reservation because someone else had checked in under our name earlier in the evening so our booking confirmation wasn’t attached to the reservation anymore. It took us over 45 minutes from the time we pulled in the parking to get into our room. Staff never once apologized and seemed like it was a “chore” to help us
We checked in on Aug 2nd around 9:00pm. The hotel inside appeared really nice and there was a friendly young lady at check in that recommended us a nice restaurant to go to that evening we got it as we were hungry. I thank her because we will definitely go back to the restaurant….. as for the hotel…. My issue which is a big issue is that your housekeeping staff has a big problem with walking in rooms as they please. It was 9:00am on Saturday that a male housekeeper (who has no type of uniform on) knocks and immediately walks in the room while we and my partner are clothes less and in bed. He looked for a good few seconds and shut the door; no apologizing or nothing. I thought at first there was an intruder with the lack of uniform so I’m reaching to arm myself and attempt to confront him. I go in the door and he’s across the hall, about to do ye same to another room…I begin to fuss at him for his nonchalant attitude of walking in our room and seeing us exposed and he just looks at me… I went down and told staff and got the biggest shrug off…kinda like the Matt has this complaint all the time. learned that some travel companions had a similar experience that morning and I’m like…. No something is wrong here…I told myself I was going to reach out to their corporate because 2 people is not a coincidence. Either extreme lack of communication on time occupation or you have some perverts working for you that can find themselves in a bad situation with the wrong guest…
We stayed here while visiting a family member in the hospital and had a wonderful stay. All staff were very friendly and personable. I appreciated always having a clean and stocked room as well as breakfast in the morning. Theirs a gas station and numerous restaurants extremely close by too. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again in the future! I didn’t give 5 stars due to the remote/tv and the shower does leak quite a bit of water while showering
My overall experience was a good one I will say. From being greeted properly at the front desk to the whole atmosphere of the hotel. The room was very nice, the bedding was comfortable and the shower was amazing. I would definitely return for a few nights stay again
Worst Stay Ever
Long story short (maybe), I was placed in a room with no AC. We didn’t notice until we were trying to sleep. Their only resolution that they could offer was having a male employee enter my room at 1am to rig the system. I declined for safety reasons. They refused to move me to another room. The next day the GM looked at it herself while we were out of the room and confirmed it was not working. She gave us a fan until they got us another room ready. I tried being compensated for the inconvenience and they are refusing because I did not want to let their male employee in my room at 1am. I reached out to the corporate office to help me and they reached out to the hotel but because the hotel is privately owned under their name they can’t issue the refund and the hotel is still refusing. I reached out to the booking site who is trying to work with them as well to rectify the situation. They lied to the booking site via email and said the AC was working. The only compassionate and polite person that I encountered at the hotel was the GM. Every other person is nasty and rude when the situation is their fault.
Hotel is a solid 3 stars, with clean-enough rooms, comfortable beds, and mediocre breakfast. The deal breaker is the sense of distrust conveyed by management, with the required $150 deposit, posted strict policies about where breakfast can be eaten, and limited supplies in the room. By mistake of the nice evening front desk staff, we were not charged for our second night when we checked in, so management tracked us down during the day on my cell phone to make sure we didn’t leave without paying the rest of our bill. The front desk staff was waiting for us when we returned to the hotel. There are a dozen or more choices of hotels within 1/4 mile. I would assume that most any other one would display a little more trust and respect for their clientele.
I definitely will choose a gló over other similar hotels. Great room. Good breakfast options. Gym. Modern look and nice staff. Even the new trainee was on point. Glad to stay and want to return.
They have a wonderful breakfast. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Especially on the second shift. The rooms are spotless and I really enjoyed my stay. The pricing can't be beat

Was traveling through and had the privilege of working out with a fun and talented group. The online sign up was super easy, was able to sign my waiver and reserve a class in a jiff. The gym was conveniently located and a quick walk from my hotel. T
