Giuliano's Pizza - Italian restaurant in Hinsdale - 40 Village Pl, USA

First, their Tavern Style Thin Crust Pizza was excellent. It's cracker crust was crispy and flavorful. The sauce and cheese had a great ratio that complemented each other. The sauce itself was even and seasoned well. It wasn't overpowering and there wasn't a need to add anything onto a very good pie. You can tell by the passion that Miklos (Mik), the Owner, had in the way he took the time to explain some of the other menu items, how they were prepared, along with several recent investments he made in the restaurant. It is people like this, that day in and day out, are always giving their best, looking for new and better things for their place and customers. Even on our first meal here, you could tell who were some of the regulars, and why it was the hospitality, and food that keeps them coming back. We plan to be back to try their Sicilian Pan Pizza along with their Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna. Overall, a wonderful meal was had by all.

I've been here twice, had two different servers, and both were outstanding. The service is definitely a 5. There is not a bar area, which is a knock on the place but overall, a cute ambiance of traditional pizza pub style with a twist of some modern art. The artist is the sister of someone who works there and I enjoy her take on Italian and dining scenes. They bring out warm, crusty bread with butter and oil and cheese but they also have this house made garlic spread that might as well be called crack. They also have a decent wine selection, albeit, not large but some known options. On Mondays and Tuesdays they have half priced bottles that they will bag if unfinished. Their pizza is very good. The crust is thin and crispy. The sauce is savory and not too much. And their ingredients are fresh, plentiful and cut into large enough pieces to taste but not too large that they are bulky. I'm a fan!

Amazing food and service!!! If you want good Italian food for a nice date night, or pizza dinner with the family after a long work day - go to Guilano’s!! Fresh ingredients with plenty of variety for everyone. And staff is extremely attentive and caring! This place makes you feel like you’re truly part of the community. I moved away 7 years ago but still eat here when I visit Chicago! Each time the food is just as good (if not better) than I remembered. The owners, Mick and Cathy, take great pride in the business and it shows. The Location is perfect and the restaurant atmosphere is so inviting!! They owners have remodeled over the years so everything is fresh, up to date and most importantly CLEAN!!! Seriously great food, seriously great service and just an all around wonderful place to eat! You can make reservations if needed, or stop by on Friday or Saturday night. Not surprising, they usually have a little wait on weekends but always well worth it!! And you can pick up a pizza/dinner next door if prefer not too! Also, they do private parties in the dining room or cater your parties!!!

Giuliano's is our go to place in the western suburbs. The food never disappoints. The pizza is fantastic. The burger is incredible. What's funny though, is that my favorite dish here is the carrot appetizer (just try it and you will see what I mean). Great family friendly atmosphere. Nice outdoor deck for those summer nights. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here multiple times with friends and family and order the Rigatoni a la Vodka every time. Even though it’s a pizza place, I think this pasta dish is the best thing on the menu. The sauce is very creamy and has a great tomato flavor with parmesan and herbs to top it off. The sauce also clings onto the pasta really well. Vodka pasta is one of my favorite foods and Giuliano’s makes it better than anywhere else. A large portion is also provided and is well worth the $14. If you’re coming here, definitely give it a try. The last time I had it was for my birthday in November last year, and I hope the recipe never changes. I’m looking forward to having it again soon.

The food and service was outstanding! Great atmosphere in a quaint setting. I highly recommend Giuliano's.

Stumbled onto this place on accident before tonight's Hinsdale C football game. Atmosphere was great. Pasta dishes were outstanding. Finally, for a downtown Hinsdale restaurant, the prices were really reasonable. Would drive from Naperville again for this dining experience.

Giuliano's is awesome. I've been several times, and each time I felt I was welcomed like part of the family! Whether you're just ordering some pizza on a night in, or going out on a romantic date night, Giuliano's is a great choice.
