Very sad, I’ve ordered from here for the last four years. But today is the last day they’ll get my business. I had to not only pick up my pizza I ordered for delivery but I had to put the pizza back in the oven because it wasn’t done. Mind you, I asked for WELL DONE. The middle was uncooked to the point when I tried to get the pieces apart to put on a pan to put them in the oven the dough wouldn’t cut and was still wet because it wasn’t cooked at all. I tried to give them so many chances. Lesson learned

Giovanni's is GREAT. I order from them alot and it's the best pizza around and the delivery is always fast and the food hot. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Great place..

I hate Westmoreland Giovannis. Every time I get pizza from here it's always so undercooked. The dough is still doughy and stretched so thin that all the topping come through the bottom. Even when it's just a cheese pizza.

Great food, great buffet. Should make the stop for the buffet. They work really hard to make sure it's stays full for everyone.

I've had nothing but good experience with this place before tonight. I ordered my usual: 19in pepperoni on half the rest with banana peppers green olive onion and ham, and a small cheese stick for delivery. It took the usual hour to get here which is to be expected so that wasn't a big deal even though they surely werent that busy on a thursday evening. The problem was with the pizza toppings they added, they were very light which is not what they normally do and when i say light i mean they were barely visible and when i inspected it further there was barely any toppings added except for the green olives there was a neat pile of them in one spot about the size of an orange. This being unusual for them and me having been a repeat customer for over a year i called in and asked if i could have my pizza remade. In my opinion this was completely reasonable considering i agreed to not eat the pizza and return it to the delivery person once they brought the new one. Now i live 5 minutes away from this pizza place and the new pizza they brought me took ten minutes to get here. I gave the driver who seemed uninterested in the issue the old pizza and he gave me the new one with no apology or explanation. Upon openong the pizza box i see that there are even less toppings on this pizza and there is so little cheese that the sauce and dough are visable. Also, bacause it took so little time to get here i believe it was taken out of the oven early so the dough was still uncooked. I attempted to call back again but was interrupted by the employee i spoke with many times so instead of getting angry and upset with her i hung up. Ill try calling in tomorrow and maybe try speaking with the owner, and hopefully the issue can be resolved. If not this place will lose my business for good. Ill post an update on my experience with the owner or manager tomorrow. Attached are photos of the second pizza. I didnt think of taking pictures of the first.

Really tasty food, amazing service, and overall really loved it there! The food was hot and fresh!

We always get pickup. Pizza is great. Our go to for eating at home.
