Dirty sticky floors, spiders by the ac, rooms are super hot and take forever to cool down. Blankets have holes and the lights turn on at random times of the night. Also the walls vibrate out of nowhere. It’s super loud because it’s right by a busy street. You cannot get extra blankets or anything if you need it. The only good thing is that it’s by a dennys and in and out 😂. Btw there’s no bible in the room, instead theres a book titled “buddha teachings” so if you’re Christian that might be an issue. We tried to cancel the booking and they denied a waiver we requested to not be charged but they wanted us to pay for the WHOLE stay. Yet at another hotel we wanted to stay, they accepted our waiver and they gave us all our money back and didn’t charge us one bit. I’d like to mention that the stay we were able to cancel was about 500 dollars and this one was like 200. That says allot. I don’t recommend anyone book here unless you REALLY need a place to stay with basic amenities.

We visited recently from Maine, we had a wedding to go to at the Fortino Winery and this was a perfect location for us! The front desk gentleman who I’m assuming is the owner was super helpful and very nice! The rooms were clean and the size of the room was perfect for me and my husband. Everything that we needed was within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again should we be in the area again! Denys was right across the street as well as Starbucks and the infamous In-And-Out was right behind us!
We really like this inn. We have stayed at at least three other hotels in the area, and this has been the most pleasant. We aren't paying for amenities we don't use, it's quiet and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
Surprised my limited expectations. Clean. Quiet. Honest staff. It was low cost and no reason to pay double for a moderately better brand like best western or days inn. If you’re looking for Four Seasons you’re over an hour away
I have stayed in 5 star hotels, so is this REALLY a 5 star? Yes and no. It isn't the Four Seasons or The Ritz-Carlton, but for the price and location, it's prime. We came to Gilroy to shop at the outlets, and we're right next door. Many good restaurants in walking distance and Starbucks right across the street. PRIME location. Rooms are newly remodeled. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean. You do get sounds of some traffic which is expected since you're close to the highway and freeway, but the hotel itself is quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was SUPER friendly. Saved my rooms without a credit card and check-in was hassle free (BONUS!!!). Have stayed here before and will most definitely be staying here again especially if we're going shopping.
Ultra fast check-in! There were 4 of us and there were no hassles checking in. Had a reservation and it was done in minutes! They didn't even ask for vehicle information. Thank goodness, I hate paperwork.
The room had all the amenities that I needed, ice, coffee maker in each room, smoke free room, plenty of towels, blow dryer, a microwave, and small fridge.
The decor was nice and cute. I really didn't have many issues with this place, just wish the TV was bigger.
Obviously they have to have wifi these days. Parking was right in front of the rooms so you could watch your vehicle.
The location is perfect with a convenience store at the corner along with an In & Out Burger in case you get hungry late at night. Shops are just behind the Inn too to fill your outlet shopping needs.
The sheets were soft and the bed was firm.
Had to stay there 9 days due to my truck being broke down. The gentleman at the front was very nice. Room service was good to. Clean towels every day. No one bothered us. Good location. Rooms needed a little update. And more cable..But under the circumstances it was a pleasant stay.
