Whomever was the manager filling in for this location on October 11, 2023 spent over 30 minutes in the back office while I waited for a return. I asked the cashier to call and physically talk to the manger on hand to complete my return but he answered “he can wait” what the heck kind of service is that? The cashier loaded a TV to a customers car but no one helped me with my return. Again the manager filling in on 10/11/2023 is the reason for this negative review for this location.
Probably the best Goodwill I've ever been to. Extremely clean and nice staff with an insane amount of cool electronics and appliances with VERY reasonable products. I got a 3D printer here!! Incredible!!
Kids love to come here and find treasures, it's also why I love to shop here. I've found great finds like things I need to expensive items to resell. Always have an eye out for a diamond in the ruff.
We drove 20 minutes to come here. Clean. Nice stuff. Huge store. Not much furniture. But tons of clothes. Nice quality adores the board.
I have mixed feelings about this store, the staff and managers are extremely kind and do their job amazingly. I came to this store with the intention of buying a single item, and left with 800$ worth of items in consecutive transactions. I can only blame the customers as their constant misplacement of items led to my findings. Im quite happy with my items though and I’ve definitely never seen a store this stacked before. Will definitely be returning!
Today the Manager was letting someone shop the back room for all the furniture while I was there with my wife not giving anyone else a chance to shop and buy anything before it was brought out. So frustrating and against goodwills policy.
I'm on a roll, I'm buying up the Greg Norman shirts (lrg). The stores always have these shirts. Continuing on to other Goodwill's.
Everything was good buuuuuut ,well doing a return the manager seem to be having a bad day . He seem very annoyed by me . Then again everyone has there off day. This is why I'm still giving 5.stars......buttttt then again I see how corporate treats there employees my 5 stars go to the manager
