This review is for the second location on Chinden. While I love the space, the service (especially Stephanie who was a rock star) and the food, we probably won’t be back. Way too many little people. Thats great for families to pop in for dinner and a drink and I totally would have loved this when I had little ones, it’s like an upscale Chucky Cheese with alcohol. I need a more adult oriented place. Yep, I’m old.
We got the happy hour Loaded Nachos and added a side of guac. They were bomb, I don't know what these other comments were about. They were super flavorful and covered in good stuff. The miami vice drink was good. My partner got the club which I thought was overpriced at $18 but to be fair it was MASSIVE so I guess that's the justification. He really enjoyed it. I liked my fish and chips too. By Idaho standard they are very good. Neither of us could finish our entrees since the portions are so generous. Seems like a great place to split an entree with someone.
Our service was great. We had the things we wanted when we needed them and she was friendly.
Giggy D's, the new restaurant on the culinary scene, offers an inviting atmosphere and a memorable dining experience. The sleek and modern interior design, coupled with its sports-friendly environment, makes it a great place to watch games. With an impressive count of 17 TV screens visible from almost any seat, you won't miss a moment of the action.
The menu at Giggy D is diverse, featuring some bar food favorites. Each dish is well crafted with high-quality ingredients, delivering a delightful explosion of flavors. The brussel sprout appetizer, fish and chips, and chicken Caesar salad were all outstanding choices, showcasing the restaurant's ability to put out quality dishes.

This was my second time here. First time was great. This time, not so much. Food was delivered all wrong. My 3 guests were now finished eating. And then 10 minutes later the original wrong burger (which was now cold) and the missed fries was re-delivered now with the missed bacon. It sadly was the only thing that was hot. My take is that if you’re not going to comp the botched order, at least serve the food hot when it comes back complete.
Whenever I am in town to visit my parents, I end up staying at the Tru next door since it is so central to where all of my friends and family are spread out throughout the valley.
Giggy D's is a really convenient spot next to that hotel, so I decided to give it a try. I was so pleased! The food was piping hot, the drinks were perfect, and Dani made me feel right at home! She seriously made my night after spending so much time with wacky family members. I'll be making Giggy D's a regular stop in my Boise visits from here on out! Thank you Dani!
By far the best part of my experience yesterday was our server Echo! She ensured our experience was top notch, asked great questions and made great suggestions.
Thank you, Echo! You made our little birthday adventure day even better by just being fantastic at what you do!
More of a bar than a restaurant this place was just ok. The food lacked flavor. The blue cheese burger tasted better once you dipped it in the blue cheese dressing from my blue cheese salad 🥗. The Salad was $11 and was more of a side salad than an entree. The service got worse as our meal went on because the wait staff were more interested in serving the people buying alcohol rather than a family out to a Friday night dinner.
I went to Happy Hour with my wife on a Thursday night. Atmosphere was amazing, we ordered a few drinks and appetizers. We got our drinks no problem, then we got our nachos and tacos the taste was so-so. Looked very cheap, cheese didn’t look real, chips weren’t good and chicken was undercooked. Maybe the regular menu items are better but happy hour menu was horrible. Yard house has way better quality food and similar atmosphere. If you try this place, skip happy hour, not worth it.
I have been going to BodyFit for about 18 months. During that time, I have had Alec as my trainer. I usually go to the morning 5:15 class. While at times I definitely give Alex sass, I cannot say enough great words to express my appreciation for a
