Wow! That’s all I can say at the moment. My hp laptop had a corrupted update and couldn’t boot up like normal so I came here and thankfully they were able to fix my laptop!! The cost wasn’t too much honestly much better than paying $200-$300. I believe their names were Chris and Kyle that helped me and I really appreciated their help.

David and Matt have helped me out big time at.this place, I was working in the area and my PC decided to give up the ghost. I got it into them and turns out my GPU is what gave in, they had parts ordered and everything done in less than a week and they were awesome in communicating the different options. Even after the PC was out of the shop I had issues with it (the issues were MY fault because I didn't know all of the settings) and they were both super patient and helpful through the whole ordeal. I live 14 hours away and have already decided that if anything happens to my PC now I'd rather ship it to them than trust anyone else with it. They take good care of their customers and it seems like they actually enjoy what they're doing.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by David and he was very attentive and knowledgeable about my questions and immediately helped with the problem I was having with my custom built PC. Ended up being a simple fix but his willingness to help with something so simple made me 100% a future customer with anything I will need.

Incredibly polite, professional and knowledgeable! Very fair pricing! I had a client who got locked out of his computer and was unable to reset it. Same day service, 5-10 minutes and Gigabits had the lock off the computer!!! They also offer many services for computer/website/network for small businesses in Pooler! Definitely recommend and will use again when I need computer work!
