A small quaint place with parking off to the side so follow the signs. I didn’t at first. I had a Gibbs burger and she had the smoked pork chop. It’s were good. The burger I should’ve gotten medium instead of Medium well. Note to self. The French onion soup was really good but the pork cracklings were the star of the show.

I have been a server/bartender for 14 years and I have never once taken the time out of my day to write a negative review. But today I think it is necessary to let people know to NEVER order take out from Gibbs butcher and brews. We live right up the street from there and have been going for years. We have introduced family and friends to it and everyone has loved it. We buy the whole family gift cards every year for the holidays. Today I ordered two soups and a cheese curds for carry out. I get to my truck thinking they forgot a soup. Turns out they were stacked on one another and they charge 8 dollars for a tiny 6 ounce container not even filled all the way up. My girlfriend ate the dish in practically 5 spoonful's. The cheese curd portion was maybe half the size if you eat it there. I put the soup next to a 12 ounce can of beer so you all can see what they THINK 8 dollars of soup is worth. I went back in and made a comment the bartender was very nice and said something to the kitchen. I was hoping they would give us each some more but she brought out one more container of soup. Very nice of her but still was only 16 ounces of soup for 16 dollars!!!? Then to top it all off it’s an 8 minute drive home at most and everything was cold even though I got there well before the pick up time. Dining in has always been great so I won’t say they are no longer getting my service. But they certainly will never be on my list of options when it comes to a carry out order.

A cool place with great service & creative menu. We started with an appetizer of the Smoked Sausage Board. It was an excellent choice. The sausages and cheese offerings were very tasty and you get plenty. A big plus about this place is their generous portions. I then had a cheese burger with mac & cheese as a side. The burger was big. I ordered medium, it came very well done. Was kind of dry and didn't have a lot of flavor (I think they forgot to put the gouda cheese on it too). My side of mac & cheese was ok, but topping it off with fried crawfish was an excellent choice (it was a very tasty, generous portion). It was pretty packed on a Thursday night, if you have a larger party you might want to call for a reservation, but we got seated right away. Again, the service was excellent, friendly & helpful. They have a really cool upstairs for catered events (pics provided). Seems like a great place to get appetizers and a drink, check it out!

Went here for celebrate my brother's birthday with him and his family. I ordered the burger...with no changes. It was VERY GOOD. The ground meat was fresh tasting and the burger was assembled beautifully. My brother got the salmon blt...he said it was good. My sister in law got the grill chicken salad and she liked it. The kids got chicken fingers and Mac and cheese. It's a really nice place, small and quaint. Nice old time butcher that started a restaurant and all the meat comes from the butcher of course. The location is in a historic district so everything is nice and vintage. The service was VERY VERY good. Our waitress was sure to check on us often so that we were taken care of. I cant wait to go back again. After dinner the area is great for a nice after meal stroll through the historic store fronts. Summer time this place will be banging.

Food was hot and really good. I highly recommend this place. Apple Red Raspberry and Mild sausage was really good. Mac and Cheese was amazing. You get a big loaded potato well worth it. Cut up potatoes were seasoned well.

It was a gorgeous warm day so we sat on the patio which is right by the main road. Good selection of a beer, we got 2 appetizers which can you see on the pictures and skillet with veggies and chicken and the food was really good. Our server Shannon was absolutely fenomenal, we will be back for sure!

First time there I had steak salad. The steak was delicious as well as the salad; beautiful greens and veggies with excellent homemade ranch dressing. The next two times, we fell in love with their sausages. Our favorite was the apple pie sausage. We've tried many other sausages because they have an entree where you choose three types of sausages from their featured list. Fun and quite good. The macaroni and cheese is quite good-a winner- and the hamburger is good. We've gone back because it is very good food and everyone is cheerful and committed to making your experience very pleasant. We love our waitress, April.

This place was more than what I expected. The small but cute Olmsted Falls was there, with a walking path that lead to a shelter house and restrooms, that unfortunately was closed due to winter, a few more small waterfalls, bridge, and covered bridge
