Less of a Great selection than in the past and at not so great prices any more. Inflation and lack of quality workers has taken it's toll on this once fine food shopping store. Thanks Brandon! 😥 Update, one year later: Some improvement. A few better workers and sometimes they have regular products in stock. They have moved from a 3 to 3.5 start rating. Let's hope it keeps moving back to it's once great status. 🤞 Another year has past and the workers are much nicer and helpful. This alone has increased their rating from a 3.5 to a 4. The prices are still high, but they are high everywhere and the new high prices have stabilized. Their rewards program has gotten a lot better and their freebie for points offers are better. The digital coupons in their App offer some nice discounts. Let's hope things get even better in 2024.

Never any cashiers and self checkout is so touchy it flags you so many times during scanning. Never have baggers anymore shopping is such a chore as it is. Prices keep rising while you just do everything

Ran in to get my grands 1st comm cake. They did not have any strawberry shortcake. We got rainbow cake slices & a small boston cream cake. It was good. Next time I will order the cake sooner..

This Giant sucks. They stop making the fresh fried and baked chicken before dinnertime so after like 3 or 4 they won't make more. Makes no sense. Went in tonight around 6 and even the salad bar was already closed.

Giant is a supermarket, they sell what you’d expect to find in one. It’s an ok place to do your food shopping. It’s a small store. They often are out of stock on many items, from ground chicken to dog food to tissues to vinegar. It makes no sense. This isn’t new though. They do have great produce that is fairly priced. The service is ok. It really depends on the employee. Customer service needs improvement. Parking can be difficult, especially on the weekends.

Rewards Card items and App rewards are not compatible. Some discounts come up on rewards card while the app requires that you electronically place items in your cart. The problem is that you are unable to get on the app due to very poor reception in the store. The customer service rep acknowledges that there are very frequent complaints regarding the inability to get a signal in this store thus difficulty getting App. Yesterday I converted gasoline points into a $6.00 grocery credit . When I went to use them today my app could not connect. The checker laughed and said “everyone says that but there is nothing I can do” Fortunately, the customer service rep was helpful but your service must improve or we will not return.

Since October of 2014, this has been my first choice in shopping. They stock a great variety of products, the check out aisle personnel are friendly and efficient and the stockers will always tell you where to find a product in the aisles
