Giant Fitness - Gym in Blackwood - 834 N Black Horse Pike, USA

I have a platinum membership at Giant Fitness and have access to all of their locations. My home gym is the one in Turnersville, but when I forget my headphones I head to this location. Whoever is in charge of the music gets me and deserves a raise/reward for the great music selections. 6/29/23 4pm

Love this location ( also Woodbury and vorhees ) this location has everything you need 2 floors most machines . Little dark and damp but from what I see it’s not too busy and is somewhat clean . ( new massage chairs please )

This location is permanently closed. They are letting me use the one in Mt Ephraim for now.

Scammers. I've been trying to cancel my membership for 4 years, I don't even live in NJ anymore. Every time I call to cancel they say that they can't find my membership in their system, but when I tried to put in a dispute with my bank, they magically sent my old membership agreement from 2019. I'd recommend doing business with literally any other gym who won't steal your money.

Go there regularly as it's close to home and the equipment variety is satisfactory and the gym well kept and clean. The late hours are much appreciated for getting access after personal work hours and dinner hours. At the time of posting this the only requests would be to extend late hours on weekends and more squat cages and ones with adjustable spotter bars as the ones with fixed spotter arms are too high for some people I know to complete a full range of motion.

Love this gym! Been a member for about two years. I can always get on a treadmill any time of day. Great variety of machines. Just about every time I visit, I see one of the workers cleaning the different machines. Can’t beat the value for just $10.

Joined a year ago. The the pandemic around March(they did not charge during this time period). My wife and I tried calling to cancel our memberships for 3 months,but no one answered,mailbox was full. When they finally opened ( 2wks ago) they start charging the yearly membership s without giving any formal notice or grace period. They had our emails,phone numbers and address to formally give any members the option to opt out or continue membership. Then when you cancel they give you this excuse about the 60 day notice to cancel.... but they were closed!!!! No one answered for you to cancel,no courtesy emails to give you the option to cancel or continue. So now you have to go on their website to contact the owner to see if he would wave the $250 early cancellation fee😡. We the public also suffered losses,they're is no reason why we should be charged for their inability to properly contact customer via any means possible. This is not a way to retain customers or gain new ones. Very disappointed in this establishment.

You get your moneys worth. Gym is clean and the Staff is nice but you get what you pay for. You can tell that not much of your $10 dollars a month payment goes back into the business as they are constantly rotating staff. Price point and location are still enough to make it a great value.
