Today at the massillon giant eagle store, I saw the greatest act of kindness I have seen in a long time. There was an elderly woman who was having trouble with her husband. The older gentleman looked stuck, and was unaware of his surroundings. One of the cashiers took control after she noticed his wife’s dilemma and helped him drive the stores motorized cart back to their car while his wife walk beside them. The cashier helped get him get into the car. This took quite a bit of time. The cashier was kind and patient. Wow! This whole experience brought tears to my eyes and faith in the kindness of people.
This Giant Eagle is one that still has a hometown feeling to it. First we showed up close to the deli closing time. But Chris was very polite, very helpful and didnt mind slicing some meats up for us. Then on the way out we had a very nice checkout cashier named Joe. Nice Giant Eagle to have in the neighborhood.
It is one of my favorite grocery stores, with many local locations.
Clean store, nice employees but lacking ethnic foods.
The raff road location is so terrible that it deserves negative stars. And since I can't give negative stars , I'm taking away stars from other locations

Love there weekly ads. Always busy. They have a very helpful staff. Sadly because of the economy it seems are going up.
Employees went out of their way to help me find the items I was looking for and the pharmacy tech was very friendly and helpful

I really love the pharmacy in the Massillon store! They're always so very helpful, and listen to my needs. I especially loved the pharmacist Joe, he seems very knowledgeable and is always tried to help me no matter how silly my questions may seem!
My colleagues and I visited the Greatness Cafe for the first time, and it will not be our last time. The owner let us sample a smoothie he was making, and it was delicious! The food was amazing, and we were told the dressing and croutons on the salad
