Giant Eagle Supermarket - Grocery store in North Canton - 1955 E Maple St, USA

They usually have everything I need. I appreciate the fact that they keep the store very clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and is good at helping customers locate items. There is a new self checkout area next to the entrance of the store, as well as a system that lets you add items as you shop (similar to Sam's Club Scan and Go). Produce is pretty fresh and there are deals to be had if you look. There's a small cafe area to eat and the smell of fried/rotisserie chicken is always pleasant.

Gotta watch the checkout's pricing; not all advertised items ring up at sale price. Manager discounted signs & vendor special prices are high risk for omission. Otherwise, store has great bakery items, fresh produce & meat dept. Priced better than NC Acme.

Their customer service is terrible. They did not put my meat in my cart. When I called to see if it was left they said it was left behind (the bagger did not put it in my cart). Zero apology. I told them that I was frustrated because now I couldn’t make dinner and they acted annoyed, again zero apology. This is the last straw for me, I’m finding elsewhere to shop.

Love this supermarket. Found absolutely everything I was looking for. Neat, clean, very helpful employees. Great selection of food and vegetables. You guys rock!

Washington Giant eagle is one of the better supermarkets in this area. Always much more classy than other places I feel. And I do like to hear they keep it that way.

Tired of there card readers half time i go there they have issues . Tonight caught me on bunch errands to run after 5 th time your card reader failed to work just left every thing at the self check out left i was on time limit today had 2 more stops to go to Louisville giant eagle had zero issue with card nor Krause pizza nor Vern dales salt company just Washington square wont be back for awhile spend some money fix your readers

Not a single cashier working. Every register is a self checkout yet they dont give you a discount for doing the cashiers job. I guess thats 1 less store that will get my money. Damn lucky I didnt just leave everything at the register.

They've all had decent canned goods today I opened a can of green beans to eat only to find it was contaminated with a peace of Tobacco we through it out so message to the rest of u check before eating them
