We were a little over bourbon street and wanted a chill bar - no frills, just good drinks, a little food to snack on and a vibe. This was the place. Jalapeno cheese curds were fresh and addictive - highly recommend. Our bartender was so chill and down-to-earth. He was very pleasant to be around. We tried their holiday cocktail menu - the whip cream on the pumpkin drink was a bit much so I took it off, but overall I enjoyed. I also had their drink where dry ice comes out of it which made for a nice instagrammable moment. When in town, I'd definitely pop in here.
I was trying to fine Justini but went to Justine's lol, which was down the street from the Ghost Bar. We stopped because they had the Saints game on. The bartender and the cook were both very nice. It was a cool vibe. The food was good and the drinks were cute. We had a good time and it was worth the mix up
Found this little gem near our hotel. Paid a visit during a weekday night with colleagues for some drinks. Given how small this place is, I was surprised by the cocktail selections it offers, some of which are quite unique. Unfortunately this place does not have anything on tab so for beer drinks like myself the only option would be bottled beers. We also ordered some snacks and pizzas and were quite pleased by it. The popcorn shrimps and wings are my favourite. Also the decorations were very 👻😉 which fits the name! I would recommend this place if you like cocktail and looking to scape from the New Orleans summer heat!
The Ghost Bar is one of those quirky little spots that’s just fun to visit. The drinks are strong and very reasonable and they offer a wide variety. The decor is eye catching with a backstory. The bartenders are nice and happy to discuss a little local lore if you like. They have a variety of bar foods if you like a snack. Certainly worth a visit.
This little gem is off the beaten path. Drinks are AMAZING and fun. That Banana Banshee is dangerously good! Not the biggest bar in the Quarter but small and fun. Bartender was very cool and we enjoyed hanging out. We did not eat but it smelled and looked great. Enjoy!
Came here once before, ordered the banana banshee, A real nice gentlemen bartender made it which was served in a Martini glass, which is in the pic. My friends used to order Same drink. This visit drink was served in a small glass and I was told by a female bartender thats how its served, my friends informed me that it was supposed to be in a Martini glass as they go there all the time and order this drink and it comes in a Martini glass. Drink had no Alcohol in it only tasted banana in the drink. and the icing on the cake We ordered a cereal killer, a Smores which both came in Martini glasses and my Banana Banshe(small glass) and was charged $57. what a rip off.. probably won't be back.
Honestly they have some of the best drinks in the city and they are surprisingly stronger than they taste. The bartender with the long hair who kind of looks like Jesus is really really nice and the pizza is extremely good too. I'm kind of surprised that this place isn't always slam packed with how good everything really is
What a great bar! Definitely our favorite we visited in NOLA. Drinks were well made and the presentation was very aesthetically pleasing. The pizza was amazing and the wings looked to die for. The place is cute and I love the ghost theme and the history of the building. The music was also great. A bar we would frequent if we lived in the city! Frank, the bartender, was awesome and the whole experience was everything we could have hoped for. When we come back, our first stop will be this bar! Please make shirts because we would love to buy them :)
The best bar in new Orleans if you want to meet the locals. No frills, good beer, great company. Little place that's been running for 4 generations. Just pop in and chat
Was lucky to attend a pre-wedding party here. The atmosphere was awesome, with Halloween theme in the courtyard. The bartenders were fabulous, made a perfect Seabreeze.
Our waitress, Casey I believe her name was, was wonderful. Quick yo refill drinks, super friendly and professional. The atmosphere was awesome. Looks like an old bathhouse of some sort. Lots of comfortable chairs and nooks, gaming tables, decent cig
Step into The Avenue Pub on St Charles in the Lower Garden District, where the allure of a British pub ambiance awaits. Immerse yourself in the warmth of inviting wooden beams and classic furniture, but the true magic lies in the exceptional draft b
We came with our kids Thanksgiving evening for drinks/appetizer and live music. It is gorgeous inside. Even the 12 and 16yo were impressed. It made for a special evening. Fries were delicious and generous serving to share. It's pricey but that is to
what a fun dive bar this place is! i loved all the saturn-related jokes and decor around the place as well. we were here during a live piano performance and had a grand time soaking in the musical experience while sipping on our beers and ciders.
If I were forced to name the one quintessential New Orleans dive bar, the Chart Room would have to be at the top. Great and very friendly service, liberal pours and a great grungy atmosphere. This place has it all. This is a cash only bar, but with a
Awesome local bar off the main strip. Phenomenal service and great crowd with a fee K9 friends. Went twice during a week trip in NO. Highly recommended away from crowd if that's your thing.

Wondering around and found this spot. Very cool place for drinks. Came for happy hour. If you're in town it's worth the trip. Great beer selection and dog friendly.
