I live in New York and was looking for a person that could give me advice on how to build my first PC. Alex built my first ever PC in 2016 when I lived in Easley. Great price and build. But I wanted to upgrade the whole system recently. So I called him up because I trust his expertise. I called him consistently throughout the process. He was always courteous and nice. He answered all my questions. And he gave really good advice. As a result, the finished product of my PC is amazing. Attached is a video of it. He is extremely knowledgeable, and I highly recommend his services.

The one and only place I will take any of my devices/equipment. 2 years ago I bought my first gaming PC with very minimal knowledge of parts/compatibility. The PC I purchased was an old unit and would harshly run newer titles. We replaced everything but the case and PSU. Fast forward after many phone calls and slightly higher knowledge I brought the very same computer back to him to fix. I had upgraded the RAM GPU and installed a M.2 after a couple months of having some start-up issues my computer wouldn’t show a display and was in a restart cycle. GG found the problem and got it fixed, Wiped my system clean for a fresh start (by my request) stress tested my CPU and GPU and returned it to me THE NEXT DAY! AT A VERY REASONABLE COST!

Very thankful for this company. Positive experience from beginning to the end servicing my Dell desktop. They worked around my schedule to help me twice. Highly recommend!

Beware! These folks shared a copy of my friends personal information on made another customer's computer. In doing so they compromised her banking and healthcare signons! Stick with the more knowledge and reputable shops in the area. Update: While you did not stated it out right, your response implies that I was personally involved in yelling and screaming. If you have a shred of honesty and integrity you will clarify your response on that issue. I was most certainly not involved in any of that behavior. Second, had I not be a friend of both customers involved, how long would you have continued to share her sign on information with other customers? Would you be willing to share in your response who many time you compromised this customers information? Had your staff been willing to share a simple piece of information that was requested in a courteous manner you could have been spared this embarrassing display of your company's negligence and incompetence.

Sergio was able to straighten out a mess another so called tech had made in setting up a new computer and transferring data from the old computer. He kept me informed with pictures and texts as he diagnosed and resolved the issues. He also explained in detail when I picked up the computers. He is located in a mom and pop store which might be a concern for some people but he knows what he is doing. Based on my experience, I recommend him and agree with the other positive reviews.
