I used to stay Germany for about a year and half. So i missed german food now and then. I saw someone recommended this place on fb and finally i had a chance to get there. The schnitzel that i’ve got was pretty good but had to wait almost over an hour to get food.
Food was pretty good. It tasted like it was homemade. The staff was real nice and friendly. The portions were generous and filling. The doner was delicious and so was the Jagerschnitzel and Alfredo pasta. Great place!
Authentic freshly made. Very tender, excellent flavor. Best true European cakes and ice cream desserts. Lived in Germany for 7 yrs. Really brought back the taste of German small town food. Not fancy but you will not be disappointed.
Unbelievably good! Cannot recommend it enough! Bacon Schnitzel and gravy with mushrooms was phenomenal! Bratkartoffel potatoes. Service was fantastic as well!
I love this place. The owner is German, so the food is authentic. They have a wide variety of food and I suggest the cream schnitzel (I usually add egg and bacon) with the potatoes and bacon. You get a lot of food for the price. I normally eat dinner and then reheat the rest for lunch. It is a small place, so it can get very busy. The staff remains super polite, but know it may take awhile to get your food. Regardless of how long you wait, the food will be good. I prefer a place that makes you wait, but delivers quality delicious food over a place that slings stuff out without caring how the food tastes.
Outstanding!!! Delicious food, great prices and very nice service.
This Diner is one of our favorite places. The food is on point, very good and very filling. The dinners and the desserts are what you would expect when visiting a German Diner. The owner cooks like her grandmother did, so expect a hearty meal.
Overall pretty good and filling for roughly $12-$14 per entree; a fair priced hole in the wall in Lacey. Come for the fantastic schnitzel and try to avoid lunch and/or dinner rush. Not a fan of their goulash over spetzl. More details below if desired. Pros: 1) The tomato based sauce & schnitzel was great! Meat tender yest crust still tender, felt sauce had a small spiciness (we like spicy) 2) Cabbage was not overwhelming and very savory, spetzl was decent as well. 3) Friendly and cozy service, clean dining area 4) They make their stuff fresh from scratch and you can really taste it. Cons: 1) They make their stuff fresh from scratch, so the wait can be long depending on current orders (I placed a dine in order 30 minutes before arriving and waited an additional 30 minutes for the entrees) 2) Goulash was not for me, slightly sour and not savory. I prefer the stuff with beef instead of chicken and more stew-like (I'm not from a German family, so take this with a grain of salt if what I like is not authentic) They also deliver near their location, but I have no experience with that.
I was passing through and finally got to visit! The shop is very nice and the two gents working there were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, I had a lot of fun just chatting. Plenty of sticks to choose from as well. Definitely worth a stop in!
Coffee flights are genius. Excellently crafted flights with the perfect assortments. A fun date idea to try a bunch of different drinks, and also good for that person who canât decide what they want! We also had the best scone weâve ever had in
Just visiting Lacey for a couple days. Fun climbing gym near Black Hills gymnastics. Ample bouldering and TopRope areas. Plus they had 6 auto belays with 3 routes each. Nice workout area and clean bathrooms and shower area. Definitely recommend.
Delicious and authentic Jamaican food is exactly what Olympia needed. My go to is the wingz with plantains and festivals, the jerk chicken sandwich is a close 2nd. But honestly everything Iâve had has been quite delicious and perfectly spiced.
First time customer, hooked line and sinker. Went in for dabs and carts and was blown away by the selection. Every wall is jam packed with goods and the floor is lined with display cases of the same. The staff is all super friendly. Travis was my bud
It's a small quaint Japanese restaurant. When you walk in your greeted by a few stuffed animals and some typical Japanese decor. The wait staff are instantly friendly and attentive. Their menu compared to some restaurants is rather small but...... i
Love this park. It's never too busy, has so much area to explore, is very well shaded so it stays cool during the summer, has a great selection of toys for kids of all sizes, and has bathrooms that are always clean. This park is great for a picnic wi
